Almost everything. The spa facilities are good, the room was very warm and comfortable, the staff was helpful, the room was cleaned also later in the day when we vacated it, there was a free bottle of water every day.

The meals and the organisation of the meals. Some dishes in the buffet were very nice, but some really not, pasta overcooked (or left to stay too long), fish overdone and very dry, etc.). No proper orange juice at breakfast. The organisation of meals was confusing, one evening drinks wine and beer was free, the other we had to pay, some dishes made in front of us were set to be only for "a-la-carte", etc.

I had booked an extra night here following a weekend organised by Croatian friends at this hotel. I wanted to enjoy the sauna facilities at leisure. As it happened the hotel also gave me a better room for the night I booked through Booking.com. We were very happy in the hotel but I'm sure it is even better in the summer when one has a chance to appreciate the outdoor facilities and beautiful scenery.

Address issues with suspicious individuals visiting the wellness area, as some guests have expressed discomfort due to their behavior or personal orientation. Additionally, some guests have been disruptive due to excessive noise.

loved the room, breakfast was nice, we were not with kids, but the hotel is also meant for families. I dont know how it is, when it is fully booked.

The pool area needs to be updated soon! the hotel is nice, but we would not come back because we did not like the indoor pools. Its outdated

The property is perfectly settled into the countryside scenery. Very comfortable rooms. Staff generally polite and helpful. On arrival, we got a complimentary upgrade to a premium room with a balcony. Spa area very calming and my favourite part of the hotel. They serve a very tasty tea.

I was travelling with my mother who has trouble walking and the problem was that the room was very far away from all the facilities.

Amazing location, friendly staff , food was exceptional , spa and thermal waters very good. We needed this vacation for clearing our minds and just enjoy life. Beautiful experience overall.

Very happy with all the facilities here and the & dinner package was good value. Room was a good size, clean modern and everything worked properly. Somewhat off the beaten track for English or American travellers.

I was expecting the mineral pools to be a bit more pure like in Budapest but had chlorine it seemed. The massage we had there was of average standard.

The hotel itself is great. Nice rooms with balconies, very comfortable beds, large and well-equipped bathrooms... everything you's expect from the hotel in this price range. Breakfast is amazing, with great selection of local produce. They charge for parking in the garage, but there are enough parking spots really close to the hotel, which are absolutely free. There are some restaurants and bars nearby, in case you want to go out to eat or drink.

The pools are included in the price, but they were extremely busy when we were there. Way too many people. We paid extra to visit the sauna, which was a bit more relaxing (they have many different saunas and it's definitely worth paying a bit extra to go there) although also a bit busy.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. We had an upgrade. On our arrival we were checked in by a very nice and friendly receptionist Mario.

It is hard to get there with a bus. The site says that the bus rides there every day, but on our day of the arrival (it was a public holiday) there were none.

The room was very big and clean. The hotel is very nice and also the stuff is very friendl! The food was excellent, a lot of different food every day.
