I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel to celebrate both my birthday and my partner's, and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect retreat. The facilities were top-notch, especially the free spa, which we enjoyed every evening—the spa staff were truly great, enhancing our relaxation experience. We also received a complimentary drink upon arrival, although we sadly didn't have time to enjoy it. The receptionists were very professional and friendly, adding to the welcoming ambiance. Breakfast was delightful, and we had the pleasure of dining with Chef Markus for lunch and dinner. He was not only friendly and professional but also created delicious meals that truly enhanced our experience. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I will definitely be coming back!

The view from our room wasn’t that good and parking comes with an extra fee, though I understand it's due to its capacity.

Beautiful property and amenities. The room had a nice view, great bed and shower. Location was fine, just a short walk down hill into the park and plaza.

I don’t think that the air conditioning in room 403 is working correctly. We had it set to 21 degrees C and it was still very warm! We had to open up the doors and windows just to cool off the room at night. Then the mosquitoes started coming in. When we closed up and just ran the air conditioner it ran continuously all night which told us that the thermostat wasn’t working. The air blowing was not very cold… when we called to reception they said 21C was the coldest you could set it and told us to keep the blinds closed. We did! And of course that defeats the purpose of paying for a view room. Here we are in a 5 star hotel and had the worst night sleep!

A stay at the Atlantida hotel is a pleasure for all the senses. Visually beautiful and designed for every guest's comfort, impeccable staff, perfect spa center and excellent cuisine.

The best service which I have even seen. The new restaurant a la Cart is perfect! The Chief asks everyone what to cook tomorrow 😊

We were assigned a huge amazing room that was really magical. It looked more like an apartment than a hotel room. The pool area is amazing and very relaxing, with a wonderful nature view.

Parking wasn't available but luckily there was a public parking garage very close to the hotel.

Very clean and rather well kept. Excellent service and friendly attitude of the staff.

we need take towels from room for going to the swimming pool. it’s wired. Why they didn’t provide it at the swimming pool are? also room was a little bit old. I think they need renovation.

During breakfast, stuff at restaurnt didn’t offer to us omlet or fried eggs before we took and start to eat other groceries
