A good combination of price and quality. Rooms, especially bathrooms require renovation. At the same time, most public spaces are already renovated, which creates a good atmosphere of quality. Great pesonal on both reception and in a restaurant. Breakfasts and dinners are diverse and high -quality. Slovenian foods are admired and special praise. Spa and baths deserve a separate recommendation for the quality of services and comfort. I especially recommend the master Vesna. The excellent location of the hotel in relation to water sources and the possibility of visiting them without going out, and through an underground passage is a separate plus of the hotel.

I would like to get a SPA on Sunday, often a hotel visit is a weekend tour.

The room was good (nice renovated bathroom, design of the room needs a little bit of modern update). Breakfast was amazing. A lot of good options and diversity. Pancakes were tasty, fresh omelettes if you wanted, cooked veggies and all sorts of goodies. ROI spa is sooo gooood! Beautiful, modern, relaxing. Hotel staff also treated me with a little cake for my birthday, which was a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated.

Dinner lacked a little bit of diversity (example: cooked vegetables).

All staff were very nice and helpful, especially at the reception desk. Surrounding is magical, blooming, scenting, everything very clean and tidy. There is variety of fresh and cooked food, something for everybodies taste. The best experince were treatments in ROI SPA center with very professional terapeuts. Thank you ladies, you made my friend and me feeling so good. We were at the same hotel for the third time and looking forward to come again.

The food in the hotel was good. The SPA center with saunas is nice.

It's a pity that the SPA center with saunas only works in winter and that only the saunas which are part of the hotel pool complex worked. It's a pity that the accommodation in the hotel does not cover the tickets to the "Rogaška Riviera" pool complex.

This hotel goes back in 1990 and was just maintained to last longer.In need for refreshments...

Had couple stinky Martin bugs flying in the room... Food is not up to 4* standard.Old fashion service in the Restaurant dating back in 1980.I should now as International Hospitality Personale in Cruise ships and hotels

The rooms were very clean and quite. The staff was very helpful

I have stayed near hotels which provide better variaty of food. Overall taste was okay but because I have better experience I wouldn't select this hotel again just because of good.

The Restaurant area was nice. Breakfast was good except for the lack of fresh fruit. If you were lucky there was some sliced pineapple. Dinner was good with a large selection. Some items were only warm.

The room needed to be renovated top to bottom. The mattress was a joke! It was worn in the middle so all the support was gone. This hotel certainly does not meet the 4-star standard.
