The hotel is part of a very big water thermal complex, waterpark with several external and internal pools, numerous aquatic experiences and surprisingly pleasant and quiet spa area with all variety of saunas and a fantastic whirlpool. The spa area has closed and open parts and extends over two floors. The food was very good on both breakfast and dinner and the staff was very professional and helpful. The nearby river and the houses around are very nice too.

Access to the waterpark and the pools is included in price of the room, but not the access to the spa area. It is paid separately with 10% discount for guests, so if you are booking with the spa experience in mind wishing to spend more time in the saunas, keep it in mind and opt for a whole-day access ticket. It would be nice if the hotel offers the booking of this option upfront. The spa area would be a real treasure with caring more for the cleanliness of some spots.

It was clean and we had a great time. Its perfect for lying in the sun by the pool. Its very crowded , but still you have your good time.

The room was clean and new. We forgot our shower gel but there was a full set from "Ritual" ( orange/ cedar) which we so liked that we both on the reception. These are those small extras whoch gives your stay the extra edge.

Staff are very friendly, make sure to get a massage and use the pool, very relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. Try and get a room rate including breakfast otherwise it's €15 for full buffet. The hotel has been recently renovated and it looks great. I've been here before and have always enjoyed my stay overall. NB: the hotel has seperate 2 bedroom mobile homes at the back, not to get confused with the hotel as they are 2 different types of accommodation.

You'll need a car as it's a good 20 min walk to the town otherwise the hotel has restaurants. The public transport isn't too good around there. There was a bit of noise from the corridors, cleaners/other guests which started early morning but not sure how frequent that may be.

Nice hotel next to the aqua world. Parking on site. Very good breakfast. Large pool area, also with slides for the kids. We were out of the season to the outside part I cannot evaluate, but it seems also to be great. We have to return in summer.

While paying almost 300e per night for a family room and asking another 25eur to enter the sauna part.

-Staff was very pleasant -upon request we got fabulous vegan meals (breakfast, dinner,lunch) -upon request and with additional fee we got late check out -SPA is great, lots of sauna options and whirlpools + nice little terrace for sunbathing. Would be perfect if they had a small swimming pool in that area. -rooms are clean

- basic double rooms are quite small so not ideal for longer stays for two people; for one-two nights it's okay - there is no sound isolation so you hear absolutely everything from the hallways and the rooms next to you -our balcony was dirty (lots of bird poop 😅) so we actually did not use it -gym does not fit a 4* hotel at all, it is outdated and quite smelly -hotel uses Pools as selling point and they are included in the price, but the pools are actually extremely crowded and loud so if you are up for relaxing, you might not be using them at all, but rather choose a SPA that you have to pay extra for.

Excellent food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The pool area was one of the best areas we've been to (all pools you need). The staff was really helpful.

The room was a little bit small, with a balcony oriented to the roof of another building. Our room was connected to another room, separated only by thin doors, so we could hear everything from another room (which was not so pleasant when some woman started telephoning at 7 a.m.). The AC was not working (temp was ok, so we didn't need it, and we could cool down the room by opening the balcony). Our room was close to the elevators, so we could hear everyone talking in front of our doors for the whole evening nad early morning. If the room had better sound isolation, everything would be perfect!

I booked this hotel for my mother so I can only write down what she told me :) She was more than happy with the hotel and the room. Everything was very clean and new and she couldn't have a better option for her 10 day wellness trip. The spa and wellness opportunities were great and the staff was very helpful. She will definitely book again and come back.

Ovo nam je deseti boravak u hotelu, no prvi puta smo prilikom dolaska morali iznajmiti rucnike ( jer smo dosli prije ulaska u sobu- oko 13 h), te drugi dan vise nemate pravo na kupanje vec morate kupiti ulaznicu . Malo preskupo nocenje za ovakve promjene.

Really nice Hotel and great stuff. They have a really nice outside pool that we did not use since it was November but the inside was still quite big and comfortable for a weekend away. Good service inside pool and at the breakfast/dinner. Thank you

Only two not to big slides for children and a little bit dark at that part of the pool.

Nice, small hotel, very cozy. The staff is always there to help you.

The spa room and saunas need to have more clear instructions about the dress code (what is allowed to wear to come to the sauna/jacuzzy area).
