We consistently choose Hilton Garden Inn when we have American friends visit Zagreb. The property is vry conveniently located near the central station, so we can visit the city center. On-site parking is a big plus. While the property is 'Nice', it's the People that drive our experience ! We get treated like royalty at HGI Zagreb. A good example is Dora, who met us for check in. We were early... hoping just to store luggage and visit the center until rooms were ready. Dora easily learned they were already prepared, then checked us in early with a smile. Dora also helped us with a map and advice for our adventure. Most important, Dora was mentoring young several employees at the moment. She comfortably demonstrated all the skills that make guests feel valued and appreciated. We and our friends are all Teachers... so we notice good instruction. We were looking for one night accommodation in Zagreb between a flight from Montenegro and connecting with a flight out of Zagreb the following afternoon. Note that we had already done the old town previously in our holiday, so we weren’t after a sightseeing location. We just wanted a clean and comfortable hotel for the one night. The Hilton Garden Inn delivered very well. The welcome was friendly and informative and our King Room was perfect. There were plenty of nearby options for dinner. We chose the Pizzeria Butler, a five minute walk away. Delicious pizzas delivered with great service. The breakfast at the hotel was included and was well worth it.

It’s a great hotel with spacious rooms that are very comfortable and clean. It is a 30 min walk to the city center. Good option for a nice room for a good price.

The pillows are useless, very bad, ruined the quality of sleep. The hotel it dislocated from center, having lot of parking area and that could be a added value to provide it for free but not it is charged and 20€ for an open outside area, no real parking area. This is for me a downside. The breakfast is 16€ per person but the quality is so bad. Even the bread was old, no variety, very cheap products, the coffee is not drinkable. So there is space to improve. It could be a great option for stay in Zagreb.

We needed a hotel close to the airport for our last day in Croatia and the Hilton garden inn combined comfort and good location for the airport.

Lack of soundproofing between rooms. We could hear the people in the room next door, their tv, etc… also the WiFi is free for basic internet use but the hotel charges 14€/day for fast internet that allows you to work, also the TV in the rooms didn’t have Netflix and/or Prime so for a nightly rate of 165€ free WiFi and Netflix should be included. Also the hotel parking cost 2€/hour or you can purchase a daily ticket for 20€ which is super expensive so this extra cost brings your nightly rate to 185€…

room and the location is very good and you can get your things done in perimeter easily. staff were really helpfull (especially zara(?) (not sure about getting her name right but i had to mention her). breakfasts were really good and there were a lot of selection of your choice.

parking is 20 Euros for a day and i think its a bit a lot. also there is no cover in the showers so there can be a lot of water in the toilet after you have a shower.

This is one of the best places to stay. I have zero complaints about this hotel. It’s comfortable, clean, has all the amenities you need, great breakfast and restaurant, and helpful staff. It’s more of a business style hotel but I would recommend for anyone. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the centre however an Uber drive is very cheap, but it is close to the bus station.

I recently stayed at this beautifully designed hotel, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped in, the spaciousness of the rooms and the immaculate cleanliness stood out. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, the staff was very courteous and attentive, adding to the overall excellent experience. The hotel is pretty new and and perfect condition. The staff especially for the breakfast is very friendly and flexible. We missed the breakfast by 10 minutes and they brought us some at the table without any further discussion. The location is good and quite. At the beginning we moved around driving but at the end we used Uber and the tram as it's more convenient due to the limited parking space in the city. We booked 2 rooms and as requested we got a room connected.

I wasn't aware that I can't collect Hilton Honors Points when I book through Booking.com. And my gold membership wasn't recognized at all. Due to the fact that the rooms haven't been available on the Hilton app it's annoying that you have too look for where you're going to book your rooms.

At check in a depsoit was put on my bank accout - OK. One evening we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and we could not add our consumption (about 15% over depsoit) to our room, but we had to pay it on site, as our deposit was not enough to cover the dinner. I find it unfriendly an dtoo cautious from hotel side.
