Great location for walking to the central square and all the sites. Adel and his team were excellent. The external of the building doesn't look much but internally the old building and rooms have been modernised and have everything you need. The soundproofing is excellent. Make sure you book breakfast, as they have a Michelin star chef in the making, creating a fabulous three course breakfast.

This is not a conventional type hotel. It is part of an old residential building, so the central staircase area is communal. It is shared with non hotel residents and the central courtyard, again not the hotel's, is for residents to access their properties. It didn't bother us and there was no noise.

The location is amazing, the owner of the hotel is the one that serves, and he is one of the best hosts I have ever met in my whole life. They serve an amazing breakfast, that is cooked with a lot passion. The breakfast meal is out of this world, people come to have their breakfast and leave They give a lot of recommendations for things to do and eat in the town, honestly their recommendations could not be better. Definitely, if I come to Zagreb again, this would be my only choice to stay The room furnishing is very functional, comfortable and very well thought of, all the details in this hotel is amazing, strongly recommend.

The breakfast was amazing. . So much care and attention to detail was given to all 3 courses. It was really something else. So grateful the guy came running down the road after us to tell us breakfast was included in our price as we So nearly missed out. The room was comfortable with large bed and good air conditioning. The shower had good pressure but be careful the floor tiles in the bathroom were v v slippery.

The check-in wasn't great even after filling in their online form ahead of time to save time. They acted as if they didn't know about our reservation. But after that all was good.

The toilet window is not covered with any curtain and i had to put my carry on bag to cover it

Excellent service staff. Great location, very close to the city center. Clean room and well decorated.

Please note that they do not serve breakfast. But this is not a dissatisfaction, just a reminder. The staff will recommend some places to you. You can buy some bread not far away. The real dissatisfaction is with the water heater. I travel with my wife. It takes a very long time to heat hot water (about 1 hour), but can only keep wash about 15 mins. So that my wife and me can't take continuous showers.

Our host Adel is a wonderful man. His only concern is for his patrons’ happiness. He had good advice for restaurants, and tips for airport transfers. He recommended the hotel’s breakfast and he was right. It was truly amazing. For 15€ each we were served a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, a basket of fresh breads and pastries, with fresh homemade butter and marmalade, alongside a beautiful meat and cheese tray, which included fresh strawberries, blueberries, mint and dried figs. But wait, there’s so much more. Next was eggs Benedict, with house-made hollandaise, and our choice of house-cooked turkey, roast beef, salmon or avocado. Following that was yogurt with fresh-toasted granola and topped with more fresh fruit. It was absolutely the best breakfast I’ve had in Europe. Our room was absolutely fine. Secure, clean, quiet, fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. Their hand and body soap also smells divine. We will return! Highly recommend!

Very welcoming staff, well located at walking distance between the train station and the old town. There were some technical works with the WiFi, so the host gave me a free upgrade to an appartment, which was a nice plus! The gourmet breakfast wasn't cheap but nonetheless worth a try!

The shower wasn't fully waterproof, so a bit of water was spilling around the bathroom. Kitchenware was very basic, a refresh with more tools would be nice.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the outstanding breakfast. It was fresh, delicious, clearly prepared with care and exceeded our expectations every morning. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring the city.

Breakfast; utmost quality, incomparable servings, and the best eggs benedict I have ever eaten. Location; next to the centrum, within walking distance to everywhere that is worth seeing. Cleaning; is sufficient.

Room; the additional bed is a disaster (my daughter fell down while sleeping), the main bed is not the best one but comfy enough, the bathroom has an intense damp odor, and the glass louvers between the shower and room are not appropriate if you are traveling with your child since everything can be seen in it.

Lovely apartments! A great size for 2 of us. It was cosy and comfortable and in a good location. There’s a tram stop right outside, too. The staff were really kind and helpful. We needed to check in late and the owner himself came out in the evening to check us in, which we really appreciated! They send out some great information before your stay, too. Truly couldn’t do enough for us! A great stay :)
