I liked staff's readiness to help with information (about the tram and city) and that they provided us with more food that was missing because we came to the last half hour to breakfast. The room was clean but not as fancy as in the pictures - signs of usage are quite seen.

I didn't like that our room (301) was 26 degrees all night and we couldn`t reduce it. We slept with an open window (in December) and the temperature didn't fall down. I went asking to stop the heating (the man said that he would do it) but it was the same. The next morning I received information from another employee that some rooms are to close to heating pipes and that's way this happened. But I had ruined night and slept badly. So, if you go there in winter, avoid room 301 if you don't like to sleep in high temperatures.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean room, friendly and professional staff. All areas of the hotel look nice and well maintained. Breakfast had different options, various choices. The hotel is very well connected to the city centre by public transport.

The only downside was the noise - the hotel is on a busy street and the windows don’t isolate much. Other than that everything was great.

The breakfast has got essential with a medium variety of food but fair enough. Rooms are provided with larger desk if you need it for your job. Hard mattress, comfy room and spacious bathroom are the great pros of this facility. Extra bonus is wellness with three different saunas and massage center downstairs.

Parking lots could be tight if some car is parked improperly.

Very well sized room and bathroom and very comfortable bed with a big screen TV. Amenities close to hotel and good transport connections to reach the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pillows were too soft for our liking. Traffic can be heard outside during the night. Could use a kettle in the room. Breakfast is ok.

Good location 20 min from the airport, 10-15 min tram ride from city centre. Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Good variety of food for breakfast to accommodate various dietary needs. Friendly, helpful staff (especially Allan at the reception desk).

Located on the busy road, you can hear the traffic in the night. Lack of the restaurant providing evening meals.

Good location, easily accessible, dedicated parking, good breakfast. Nice bathrooms. All in all value for money.

One thing that can be improved is sound proofing of road facing rooms, as there was all night noise in the room becuase the room was facing main road and it's not sound proof. Would be great to have sound proof windows.

The staff service was excellent, and the room was even better than in the photos. The beds are comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Breakfast has many options and is very tasty. The hotel has its own secure parking, making it easy to leave the car and the location it’s super close to the center of Zagreb.

The hotel is really lovely & clean. the bed is really comfortable the rooms are a great size. separate toilet the breakfast is amazing. so much variety lot choose from the hotel is on a main tram line. #11 & #12 it’s easy to get into the main heart of Zagreb. there is a Lidl across the road if you need groceries

No tea or coffee facilities on the room. the heating was stuck on 24° but the windows open - this is being fixed but happened on my trip Just a note for travellers: it is a 15 min tram ride into the city. but this was not a problem for me

Nice cozy hotel, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, very decent spa & wellness area, sauna zone. The hotel offers convenient free parking. It's easy to get to the centre either by tram or taxi.

There is no restaurant for the dinner in the hotel, but we easily found a good restaurant in 5 minutes of walking away from the hotel, so it is not a problem.

It is very easy to find a hotel. Parking is just right next to the hotel. Parking can be used only by hotel guests. We were on the 3rd floor. The rooms are clean,cosy and quiet.

the position of the ventilation opening is such that it blew cold air all night on the bed where we slept. There is no ability to close or change direction. That's the only complaint.
