Practical accommodation for travellers by car, either touring the region or as a stopover. Facilities and rooms are simple but comfortable, and the restaurant is really good with pleasant terraces, allowing for a restful stay with no need to leave the hotel to find a place to eat. Excellent breakfast and plenty of space to park the cars. All that for a very reasonable price considering the season (August) and proximity to the super touristic Plitvice Lakes. Congratulations to the management! Will stay there again when touring the region.

This hotel is an absolute delight, the staff are friendly, the facilities spotless, the restaurant is fabulous and there are so many options for activities. Our room was huge and so comfortable and the hotel is in a beautiful location. I honestly cannot fault this place, if you are thinking about booking- just do it, you won’t regret it. A special mention to Nives at reception who was just lovely and so welcoming.

The view is nice. Pets are allowed and not charged for the stay. There is a lot of free parking space. Rooms are spacious and look like the images.

The air conditioning didn't work. It was really hot during the day and there was no air conditioning or even air ventilation, and at night when you open the balcony door, there is no bug net so all the bugs fly in - also when you open the door for the fresh air, you have to listen to noise from the outside all day and night. The staff who cleans rooms was extremely loud while cleaning other rooms / in the hallway, so if you were in the room during cleaning hours, it was not pleasant. Also, we had to pay more tax than booking stated while we were booking a stay. Restaurant prices are too expensive. Shower head was very dirty.

Great hotel, which we can only recommend. The hotel was so welcoming, new and the staff was nice that we bought breakfast upon arrival and we did well. Huge selection, often replenished, pleasant environment both in the restaurant and around the hotel, especially the rooms with balconies and wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. In case of bad weather, there is a covered driveway in front of the hotel. Location about 40 minutes from Plitvice Lakes, about 5 minutes from Slunj.

Hotel Mirjana & Rastoke was beautiful. The deluxe suite we had with a balcony (apartment 10) was enormous, offered a fantastic view and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and absolutely spotless, and the bathroom was fantastic. The reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered helpful advice as we wanted to visit attractions like Plitvice lakes by car. They added a buffet breakfast into our stay at our request, and we used the restaurant twice for an evening meal as the menu was so delicious. The restaurant also offered outside seating, which was very pleasant in the sun. We also booked a kayaking tour down the river through the hotel in advance of our stay. This was perhaps the highlight of our trip. It was awesome! My children loved kayaking down the waterfalls, and we got the chance to jump off the biggest waterfall. It was so much fun!! We just wish we had stayed longer but this stop was a 2 night stop on our fly drive along Croatia's coast. We will definitely come back and stay for longer. Oh and thankyou again for finding my sons teddy after we checked out and reuniting him with it.

Nice location, clean, friendly people, good breakfast, meal in the evening is also nice and reception was very friendly and helpfull. Everywhere somebody to help if necessary.

The staff are amazing, very kind and helpful and always smiling (thank you)! The rooms are wide and spacious, so are the bathrooms. The rooms were clean and warm (it was freezing outside). Breakfast was fairly good. Parking was free of charge and by the property.

We had to pay for breakfast on arrival as it couldn't be booked beforehand (not available on Booking). Not much to do in there, but the staff were kind enough to suggest nearby sightseeings and activities.

Wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel is very pet-friendly with plenty of lovely walks nearby. The hotel is just a short drive from the charming Rastoke. The room was spacious, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection to start the day. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Hotel is very nice. Dining room is large to accommodate buses. Our refrigerator wasn't working so they moved us promptly. Breakfast buffet was very good value. Service was great.

My smoked pork knuckle dinner was good and the mushroom soup was excellent. Unfortunately the lamb and potatoes were tough and cold so we sent it back immediately. They did take it off the bill.

Great hotel accom within 30 mins drive of Plitvice Entrance 1. 5 minutes from Slunj-Rastoke villages. Clean, with onsite restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful and able to direct us to walk to river behind hotel. We only had the buffet breakfast 1 morning (due to early starts other days) but was well worth the price of 6 euros. Free onsite parking a bonus
