Incredible experience! The staff is very welcoming and professional, always willing to help with a smile. The rooms are impeccable, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, offering plenty of variety and quality. The restaurant serves delicious dishes, and the Sky Bar is the highlight – with a fantastic view and the perfect atmosphere to relax. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely nothing

Well kept building with secure parking. Polite staff. The only 2 things I can critique is the restaurant- expensive and not worth the money with food being below par and secondly the 8th floor rooms had a horrible smell from the toilet. we did not have the same issue when we rebooked at were accommodated on the 7th floor

There's a great chef, the food for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant is wonderful. The view from sky bar is amazing!

The room with city view has the view on a multi store parking instead that serves the commercial center of Maputo. It is extremely noisy in the morning and evening when people come and leave office.

I like the set up of the facility, good customer care, freindly front desk personnel that always willing to help. clean rooms and room service was good. breakfast was good too. like the gym and spar.

clients were not offered discounted spar prices and some personnel at the restaurant can not speak english.

The breakfast is poor, with alot of room for improvement such as cereal selection, protein selection. On the second breakfast you really wish you would cancel it.

I didnt like that the free TV channels were mostly in Portuguese and all the children channels were not in English. The tv channels broadcast in Portuguese, please consider DSTV compact package or netflix deal for English. After all travellers might predominately not be locals who speak Portuguese. I also didnt like that when we arrived the security guard refused to let us through the main entrance book gate and insisted we park at the 2nd floor at the back of the building. It was such a mission to find our way to reception since it was our first time at the hotel. To make matters worse, the housekeeper chucked the parking ticket in the rubbish bin the next day while we were at breakfast. Ticket was eventually found by housekeeper in the rubbish bin after a long wait trying to find her.

The views from the room were magnificent, the staff were superb, they surprised me with a fruit platter, the room was great. Overall loved the hotel. They also connected me with a great tour guide.

Everything was great

The personnel is kind, professional and always attentive to the guests request. When you arrive at the reception a magical experience starts. This was my third stay at Melia Maputo and I will come back in the future.

Excellent location in the business centre. Perfect room size for business trip. The breakfast was varied with excellent choices. The staff is very professional and friendly.

It offers modern and clean rooms, with everything needed for a business trip. The bathroom was modern as well and had needed amenities

The rooms are rather small, smaller than the usual four stars hotels, and the breakfast was rather outdated in terms of contents with limites healthy food options. Few fruits and some sugary muesli were the “go to” healthy options.
