We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa Luxemburg. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful old building right in the middle of the old town, which made everything easy to reach on foot. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable – a nice mix of old charm and new design. Just a heads-up: since it’s in the old town, you can’t drive right up to the hotel. But there’s a paid parking area a few hundred meters away, which worked fine for us. All in all, it was a great place to stay in Hotel Casa Luxemburg.

This hotel is in the heart of the old town. I walked everywhere. It is a beautiful old hotel which has been cleverly updated. There are no elevators. Breakfast was plentiful with a choice of hot and cold food. Staff were lovely and helpful. It is important to mention: Cars/ Taxis cannot come into the old town so I was dropped off by taxi at the iron bridge. The driver indicated a set of steps. I climbed these and crossed the bridge. The hotel is the first building. There was no traffic noise nor was there noise from my next-door neighbours. It was a great stay

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to the main attractions in Sibiu. It’s located in the pedestrian area, but you can easily find parking at 5 min walk. The room was very nice and clean, with a very beautiful view. We also liked that we had a coffee machine in the room, which is a big plus for people who like to have a coffee first thing in the morning. Breakfast was good and the personnel very kind. I can totally recommend this place.

The water pressure could be better. Also, there’s no elevator in the building, which is not necessary an issue, but should be taken into consideration if you have a heavy luggage.

Excellent location as it is located in the small square and is a short walk to the large square. Very easy to walk to all of the sites in Sibiu. The clean room was very large, had a comfortable bed, a large sofa and an extra chair for seating. Breakfast was good with breads,cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, pastries, coffee, juices.etc. You could also order eggs of your choice.

The front desk is only open from 8:00-21:00 and the door is locked even when someone is on duty. There is no elevator so we had to lug our suitcases up two floors.

Beautiful and spacious room overlooking one of the main squares of Sibiu. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. You are in the center of the old town so you can walk everywhere from the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Nothing to complain. You just need to know - which we did before booking - that as you are in a pedestrian zone, you will not be able to drive to the hotel but instead you will park a bit further and need to walk a couple of minutes to the hotel. But it's definitely worth it because you will be in the very center of the old town.

The property was visibly clean was big with a wooden floor. It had a mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities (no milk which is usual so we take our own and put in minibar), a safe and a hairdryer. It also had a tv with access to Netflix. Our room was up some stairs which was not ideal with large suitcases but getting them down was easier. The location was perfect out of the door and a number of restaurants/attractions. Within walking distance of everything you could want. The taxi driver dropped us at the bottom of the steps and said we had to walk up them to access the hotel. This was untrue you can access the hotel easily without using the steps. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

No Parking at the hotel, this makes it a bit of a trek with cases up a lot of steps or a long climb up the roadway, the parking in Sibiu is ALL On line and you have to download an app to pay for it, its not expensive but it is a real faff to do, and you need to top up from 8 am in the morning. Also no lift in the hotel so after you have dragged you case up to the hotel there are more stairs !

The hotel is absolutely ideally situated. We had a second floor 'superior double' room looking out over the famous iron bridge: a great sight from the bedroom window at sunrise and at night. The room was very large and comfortable as was the bed. The breakfast was excellent with super service. Parking is a bit of a lottery but we found spaces both nights in streets about 5 minutes' walk away. 24 hour parking costs about £1.50.

The property is situated in Piata Mica, right in the city center, close to the Liers Bridge & other points of interest in the city. The suite that I booked was on the 2nd floor of the building, newly renovated. It was absolutely cosy, with a great ambiance. They also provide free water, coffee & tea in the room but you also have a mini bar with decent prices. The view from the windows was nice as well. The staff was polite & friendly. Breakfast is simple & tasty.

The hot water in the shower took some time to get hot.

This hotel was perfectly located near the Bridge of Lies. We had a small apartment on the second floor - the rooms were large! There are some nice feature for TV viewing and listening to music. The bathroom is especially nice and toiletries provided are very good. We were comfortable here for our 4 night stay. It's in a very convenient location for shopping and dining.

There is no elevator in this historic building. The stairs are steep and curving so it might be an issue with heavy luggage. The Ikea-style furniture isn't very comfortable and in some rooms awkwardly placed - a small coffee table in the main room would be nice.
