First of all, quality beds, nice shower, everything is clean and comfortable and it is nice to see that the hotel has actions to reduce carbon footprint. In addition, we were received very friendly by the staff. They were kind both at the reception as well as in the restaurant. Food was good, both the breakfast as well as the dinner. We went to this hotel after a trip to Pairi Daiza. It is easy to find the hotel from there and is very close by. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great overnight stop here. Good parking, room was quiet and bed comfortable. Staff were friendly with particular mention to the server in the restaurant who was super busy but still managed to be efficient and serve us with a smile. Can recommend the Caesar salad! 😊

There didn’t seem to be anything around within walking distance but the upside of that was that the location was quiet.

We originally booked the Apartment for the 3 of us but on inspection found that the only bathroom was off the main bedroom and my mother in law would have had to come through our bedroom to use the toilet in the night. However the receptionist was extremely helpful and changed our booking to two standard rooms instead. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the night we arrived so we were unable to have a meal as planned, the hotel did notify us by text 24 hours prior to our arrival

Great value for money clean and staff very helpful.

Cold selection at breakfast good, cooked food poor. The hotel restaurant was closed for refurbishment but we were not informed of this. It made it very difficult for our evening meal as we had 2 very young children and had to go out in the evening to find somewhere to eat.

The hotel had everything we looked for in a short 1 night stay. Comfortable bed, lovely staff, water available in a fontain on our floor. Bathroom basic and functional. The hotel plays a lot of attention to sustainability.

The restaurant closed a bit early in the evening.

Everything ! The hospitality pod the staffs , the attention they gave on our daughter , the room was big , the bathroom also , the bed child was made already when we arrived , the breakfast was excellent, the restaurant was great 👌

Friendly check-in - I got there late - no food sadly as it had finished. But breakfast buffet very good - lots of choice, good quality. Hotel very clean although basic. Would happily stay again.

I got there late - I wanted some simple snack based food (there is a vending machine but wanted more than that). So something for late arrivals would be great.

The apartment feature, where you get feel of hotel and also have an apartment with separate room ss self contained suite was quite useful. Also if you keep your room clean and dont need cleaning for a day, you get pub voucher - though not much money but still good to use it for a drink, juice etc

Restaurant was not available due to some maintenance.

Very very nice staff that helped us with food for our baby late in the evening even though the restaurant was closed. Very nice family room for a good price

It was hard to get the baby to sleep because our bathroom for our bigger kids was in the same room as the baby
