The room was very spacious (they didn’t mention but I think I got a better room that the one I booked, because it was much bigger and better looking than the pictures!). There is a kitchenette with microwave and coffee machine, so if you do not feel like going to breakfast there is a grocery store nearby where you can grab some stuff. The personnel is nice and very responsive to all requests.

The room is quite dark, there is no main ceiling light. The closet was spacious but there was dust on the shelf and it would have been nice to have more hangers.

Good location near large shopping mall and an easy drive into Old Quebec if you want a clean hotel and don't want the hassle of Old Quebec prices and lack of parking then it's a good option, nice to have a pool, we didn't opt for inclusion of breakfast.

One of the girls on reception was simply unable to smile at all. Laundry needs to be reserved there is only one washer one dryer. Found place was full of a lot of guests with kids with no manners - if someone is coming out of a lift I was always taught that it is polite to wait for them to exit the lift first, not stand in front of them and / or then barge in. Happened literally every time we used the lift!

Seemed like a high-end, no-frills business hotel. The king room with kitchenette had a microwave and fridge, a few dishes and a sink - no stove. The location was not in the old town but was next to a large mall with bus transportation so it was still convenient. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable.

Would be nice to have a desk lamp.

Lobby had a cool atmosphere at night. Breakfast featured a variety of breads and spreads, some cereal, juices, eggs, yogurt, and cheese. Weekend breakfast featured fresh fruit. Everything was clean. Wife noted hot water was instant in the shower.

Weekday breakfast had canned fruit instead of fresh fruit, which probably wouldn't have been so bad had we not had fresh fruit on the weekend first. As an American, I'm sort of used to seeing either pancakes or waffles at breakfast, too, but that might not be a big deal for you. Parkling lot could stand to be bigger.

The parking was really easy to access. The entry and the welcoming was nice. The hotel is always clean as well as the room. I really love the design of the room and the space. The employees are really friendly. One of my favourite hotel in Québec. Will definetly book again!

Convenient to the mall with the Mega Parc (an indoor amusement park) inside. Easy access from the highway but not so close that you could hear the noise from it.

They charged me for a bottle of water that we never used. We brought our own drinks and I assume because it was the same brand water and we left the bottle for recycling that they thought we took their expensive one. Had to call them to get a refund on their mistake.

We need some helped and I dialed 0 a madam answered in French then I asked please send somebody to our room. I tried 3 times the same one answered. No body came to the room. It was may 24th afternoon.

The , especially Alesandre that helped us with our check in because we made a mistake with our booking and he accommodated us very well.

The beds are a little too soft for me. The last night we were there there was a party going on in the room, we think the room next to us and I think they were smoking because it smelled like smoke and fire but I called the front desk and they said nobody had complained about the fire smell and that the party could go on till 11.

Excellent location, just opposite to Galeries de la Capitale mall. If you have kid do visit mall and head to Mega Parc for awesome and joyous rides. It’s not far from old Quebec so convenient to drive. Breakfast was not that grand but my daughter had it twice and like it. Only complaint that they charged for the water they kept in the room as we thought it’s complementary 😁 Would definitely recommend and would stay again when I go Quebec City next time.
