I booked the stay for one night. The location of hotel is very near to Amritsar-Attari highway. One need not to cross through busy streets of Amritsar. You can easily get Auto's to visit all the famous location and there are lot of eating options near hotel. The Check-in was smooth and staff is humble. The breakfast was good enough. Rooms and washroom was clean and well equipped. In room dining was also great.

Though the hotel has valet parking, but they actually park out in the street.

rooms were comfortable and well appointed even if a little cosy. location is good - a bit away from the crowded part of the city but close enough to get to Golden Temple and other places of interest. breakfast was generous spread. the rooftop bar was quite a nice place to chill.

the music was too loud at the bar - we had to keep asking for it to be turned down. but that’s normal at many places it seems.

I liked everything as it can be the comfort environment, co-operative and well behaved staff, cleanliness of rooms and outer areas including Shosha restaurant.

The thing that i don't like is the buffet as it is really limited if we compare it with its price range. I just got only 2-3 items that i thought were good to eat. Lack of shakes or smoothies and fruits, lack of snacks, lack of ice cream or healthy fresh fruit juice. The hotel must work and improve the buffet menu and expand it also.

It was second visit to the hotel, obviously I liked it during our first visit to rebook the place. Even though stay was nice and comfortable, I felt the service level has deteriorated from last year, especially around cleanliness and found the staff to be little less enthusiastic than earlier. Overall still a good place though

As we booked thru booking.com they did not consider giving us complimentary breakfast , which was a downside even after requesting. We have stayed in other hotels booked thru booking.com and they have obliged us with breakfast.

Another point there food is priced on the higher side.

The courteous behavior of the staff, the location, and the cleanliness

The size of the rooms, lack of ventilation in the room as well as washrooms. The restaurant had limited options and was very much overpriced. While the quality of the food was fine, the service was poor during semi-peak hours. Kitchen staff and guest-facing staff must coordinate better

Hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staff were professional and very helpful. Breakfast buffet had variety. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Location is not close to the Golden temple but an easy Uber or tuktuk away.

I liked everything including Staff Behaviour specially if we called them for any help they just respond withing 5mnts to that issue like refueling of washroom liquids and cleanliness of rooms and lining, Cleanliness and Hygiene of rooms, washroom, and even each and every corner of hotel is properly cleaned. The buffet breakfast is also amazing on our 1st day but we didn't liked 2nd day breakfast as it was completely on South Indian style based but we really liked the Shakes, coffee and snacks. we will love to visit this property again in future.

It is difficult to say anything that i didn't liked but 1 thing i can say that the refrigerator was the issue because when we go out of the room that refrigerator was also got off because of that our own purchased ice cream and cake got waste and foul smell came from it. So, except that everything was amazing only this issue i think that property should definately think of to keep the refrigerator work even the guest go out of the room.

Its a small hotel, but in the center of the city. About 10 min from Golden Temple and there is a market complex in walking distance. Overall, very good choice for the price.

The entry portico is small for car to enter. Also, not sure if they have parking on site.
