The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were attentive. The spa treatment was amazing and great value for money. The bed was comfy and the room spacious. The amenities were good.

The room blind was extremely noisy to raise and lower. The wardrobe doors were very creaky as was the toilet bowl. The bathroom door was exceptionally heavy to slide open and closed and I'm not sure how an elderly person would manage this. I am surprised that the television is not a smart TV for this calibre of hotel. The minibar was empty.

New hotel that is well appointed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathroom are well laid out and stylish.

The air conditioning in the restaurant was too cold, we had to order and then go and sit in the buffet area to eat our food. The staff acknowledged the issue and were very helpful in moving our table. The noise from other guests late at night in the corridor was annoying, not easy for the hotel team to deal with it but they should perhaps do more floor patrols.

Stayed in the Amritsar Le Meridian for the first time I stayed in the Le Meridian Delhi. and I had such a good experience there. I am sure that when I was going to be in in Amritsar it’s going to be the same. I’ll always recommend it to my families and friends.

The only bad experience I had was in your spot when I walked straight into a closed glass door, I think you should have some form of marking Indicate Door is closed. I have to go to the hospital Because I was Bleeding quite badly from my nose and had to get some treatment from the hospital

Once again we had a brilliant stay and great hospitality by everyone at the hotel. Free room upgrade which was exceptional. Special thanks to the manger on the front desk Riya Gupta, very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for her guest. Not to forget special thanks to Diljit in the bar, always greets with a smile and great service from her as always. See you in July 😀

First of all it is extremely clean staff is v v attentive starting form front desk to room service .

There was some constructive feedback given to mr Angad Grewal room manager he has taken it in positive way and I am v pleased with how he attended me so no negative feedback

The food was fabulous, everything was fresh and tasty. Open kitchen was great. The staff were spectacular. We had peaceful sleeps. So close to the city! Prem and Vicki, love preet, Komal were so friendly.

For a new hotel, the rooms were not as clean

Its great venue to accommodate. Great staff, helpful with your enquiries. Rooms are great, clean & fresh. Food is good too. Overall we enjoyed our trip living there.

Its just the bed, maybe use indian style beds with flat base, current one are so much softer and shove a person inside it.

Breakfast was Hugh.with lots of food varieties.location is also good.near to airport.but much further from city.

They should have banner in each room about either to clean room or do not disturb sign.otherwise all services are as per higher standard of Le meridian worldwide.

It was comfortable and nice stay. Staff is helpful. I had to arrange for a hard mattress as my wife being pregnant was unable to sleep in the normal spring mattress. Staff was helpful enough to make the arrangements in the room.

I think it was all good overall, probably have dinner buffet too in weekdays.

The room and breakfast was awesome. A shout out to chef Maity who provided wonderful service during the breakfast buffet. And also to Asst front desk manager, Rajnish, for his professional and friendly service.

The location was a little out of the way from town.
