A lovely location near a small, picturesque town within a 5 minute walk and beautiful hilly walks with mountain views. The staff are very nice, friendly and speak English very well. The room is clean and comfortable, with a bath-tub equipped bathroom and a balcony with a mountain view. The building exudes a rustic charm of a mountain skiing lodge.Breakfast is great, with a big choice of cold meats, cheeses, Spanish tortillas, eggs, omelettes, baked goods, fruit, cereals, milk and coffee, all served in a charming dining room. The place is dog-friendly.

In general everything was perfect, good bathroom, nice room, free parking, tasty breakfast and dinner, free bottles of water. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, we had no swimsuits so couldn't check their pool, but in overall great stay, very comfortable.

The only thing I can mention is that the hotel is close to the road. We didn't hear any traffic noise though, the windows are soundproof, but the surrounding area is a motorway by one side and a field by another. So when you see the photos it is like a tiny cosy village but in fact there are just some buildings and no promenade for an evening walk.

The rooms were large and comfy, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and big. The Hotel has a Gym, Sauna, pool, and a games room what more could anyone ask for??? Breakfast was more than adequate and our waitress(es) really looked after us. The staff were lovely, and made us feel that we were being looked after as friends not hotel guests. we loved it.

Food was lovely and plenty of it but, the only slight criticism is that the menu might be varied a little more often. Some might think it is a little far away from the ski slopes (20 minutes by car) but the drive was fine and and plenty of parking at the slopes. on the plus side, there are outstanding ski rental shops that will store your equipment overnight and have ready for you next day thus avoiding the schlep of ski's etc at the end of the day.

The hotel is located 10 minutes away from Viehla in direction to France in a quiet and confortable spot. There's plenty of parking space right in front of the hotel, something highly appreciated around the Viehla-Baqueira area. The room and bathroom were super clean and confortable. The pool and sauna look brand new and functional. We also enjoy the pingpong table located beside the gym. But what I liked the most was the attention and service from the full staff. They were always kind and making sure we had everything we needed.

The restaurant menu was quite limited. It is OK for a couple of nights, but as there is no other option within walking distance, a more complete variety of dishes would be appreciated.

We did not use the Pool so cannot comment,The room was very good as was the Breakfast

The evening meal menue could have been better but as we were on a half board deal it was more than we expected, even including a bottle of wine.

Amazing hotel , warm stuff, wonderful service, room are comfortable and clean. We liked it a lot. Breakfast is good too.

We would prefer in breakfast also green salad too. But it's ok.

Staff were very friendly, food was amazing. Very clean and nice pool.

There was a bit of road noise. But on the second night we did not notice. No tea and coffee facilities in room. Aircon was not switched on.

Very cosy hotel, the room was very comfortable. bright, with beautiful views on the river and mountains behind. Very thoughtful touches in the room. Staff was extremely kind and helpful as well. 1) The road next to it doesn’t bother at all - it is overall very peaceful surroundings 2) it is very well located to visit the Valley, and for dinner or shopping Vielha is 5mn away by car and you have easy parking just on the way

The property is situated in the magnificent area of the heart of val d’Aran. It is well maintained, clean, comfortable. The rooms have unique design, are well equipped and have high end windows that open easily and offer amazing views. Ample continental breakfast. Easy and free parking on the property.

We liked everything about it. Our room, the facilities, the pool, the longing area where you can relax and read. The restaurant has truly delicious food for very affordable prices. The best part of the experience was the staff. Having traveled a lot and stayed at many hotels, we had a special experience in this one. literally every staff member attended to us with patience and care , providing us with both the info we needed as well as helped me care for my husband who got sick during our stay there. This is a special hotel in the area. They even have an osteopath in house. Alfonso is his name and we highly recommend him.

Food in the restaurant was excellent and very good value for the 3 course meal. Elizabeth(?) in the restaurant was exceptionally friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel.

Sauna wasn't working during our stay.
