Loved the breakfast. Liked that there were plenty of electrical outlets in the room. Blackout shades worked well. Room was quiet in spite of being close to the elevator.

HVAC was loud, and we could not switch from cooling to heating at first. Finally figured out that it needed to be off for a while. Shower door didn't close all the way so water leaked on the floor. No place to put bar soap in the shower, and I could not get any body wash out of the dispenser... not sure if it was empty or just hard to squeeze. Husband missed having a coffeemaker in the room. We get up very early and he likes to drink coffee and read the paper online.

Our stay was wonderful! The front desk staff were fantastic! We were always greeted by cleaning staff asking if we needed anything as well. I am very picky about where I stay.. and this property was awesome! They have a lovely breakfast every morning too! Almost forgot to mention the beds… so comfortable!

Right off of interstate. Great breakfast. Safe, very clean. Check out ladies were very friendly. I85 had been shut down for a bad wreck, they gave us a quick route around the accident then back on interstate.

No OJ at breakfast. She said it had to thaw out. Come on, you know breakfast is same time daily.

Staff was exceptional. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good, they also offered coffee round the clock.

There was no ice bucket nor microwave in room. Room was very spacious, yet no small table to eat or work at. However the good out weighs the bad by far.

Please put microwaves in room there are no microwave to use in case visitor wants to heat food brought onto room outside the facility.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and gave excellent recommendations for lunch and dinner. Enjoyed visiting with our relatives in the comfortable hotel lobby.

Not many restaurants at the exit, but several closer to Auburn University. There was also a dog barking near one of our rooms, but we were aware it was a dog friendly hotel prior to booking.

The hotel was conveniently located. The room was tidy, smelled clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff during checkout was super friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The check-in clerk upon arrival was not friendly and seemed annoyed to have to check us in. She did not give a good first impression.

The property was very clean and the amenities were very fun. I liked the lobby area for relaxing and playing games. The staff was very nice and the location is great for someone who wants to stay in the area of Auburn. Tons of good food close by.

The breakfast was good, just enough variety. The little high chair on wheels was nice for my granddaughter. The lady putting out the food was very sweet! We enjoyed the large lobby and had fun playing pool. Very inviting! Check in/out was easy. Rooms were quiet, even though it was a very busy weekend (Rodeo and Bo Bikes Bama).

There was broken glass outside in the pool area, which was a big concern! We think it came from broken light bulbs in the cabana area. The venting from the dryers blows directly out to the cabana (a design flaw) and smelled bad as well as leaving lint all over the seating. Umbrellas would have been nice in the pool area. The staff seemed to spend A LOT of time on their phones (cleaning staff and front desk personnel), which I felt was unprofessional, although they responded when we needed something.
