The area was great for walking downtown. Parking was right by the hotel, so it was convenient and they offered valet if you wanted it. The rooms were very nice with a refrigerator, Nespresso machine, coffee kettle, microwave, iron, and robe. It was wonderful to have all of those items. They had a workout room and a restaurant. There was also an outdoor pool.

The air conditioning made a very loud noise and you could hear people in the hallway, but that's to be expected. It was very pricey, so it would not be affordable for multiple nights.

The property is SO close (walking distance) to campus, restaurants and all things Auburn. The staff is very hospitable. The Nespresso machine was the icing on the cake for us!

Our check-in was supposed to be @3pm. It was almost 5pm before we got our room, which had an obstructed view. Granted it was following a big game weekend, but we were staying on a Sunday evening when the hotel had plenty of availability and if they were running that much behind, I would have at least expected an upgraded room for no charge… we were offered one with a charge so I know they were available or breakfast could have been comped since we had told them we would be arriving between 3-4 when they asked early that morning. Breakfast was good, and fast, but over priced for what it was.

Very friendly staff. Some staff are international intern students. They are wonderful ❤️. The breakfast is not included. Residents need to order the food. This takes a bit too much time. Sometimes, I don't want to eat too much. Then eating in the hotel dining hall may not be a good idea.

Management NEEDS to provide a BIG shade umbrella for the Valet Parkers. It's dangerous and almost inhumane to leave them outside standing in the blistering hot sun unprotected. Brand and color match with the hotel's and mark it VALET in big white letters. Don't leave those kids out in the sun...

Always a great location on Campus for our Senior Student, so we walk to lots of places the 3 day weekend.

No phone calls (2) were answered on check in day, but thankfully Saved by the text message system that is in place. The room key didn't work for an outside door the second night, returning from parking garage. We walked to the front door, thankful the door worked the next night. The printer didn't work at checkout for a copy of our charges from a single day breakfast and parking lot for three days. A few hiccups but a good stay .

The hotel is right next to campus and the rooms are very nice and clean. Very convenient.

I wish it had been easier to charge my electric vehicle in the deck. The spots with the chargers were always full even when no one was charging.

I loved the location - right in the heart of Auburn. It was convenient to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There was a great ease in navigating the area.

I did not like paying to park in the parking deck. I feel like parking fees should be included in the total cost of the rooms.

Breakfast was delicious. Location was great. View of Stamford Hall was outstanding.

I was told by the front desk that breakfast was not included in our stay. I had to find the email and show it to the front desk to convince them breakfast WAS included in our stay.

Rooms were very very nicely appointed and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. Staff was welcoming, helpful.

We could not figure out how to work coffee maker. I wasn’t sure how to phone the front desk. Button on phone did nothing. Electrical outlet in bathroom was about pulled out of the wall and did not work

Great location, great service, great food. Overall its a very nice hotel that is centrally located in Auburn with easy walking distance everywhere.

Noisy aircon in the rooms and It could do with an upgrade. I managed to find the perfect temperature in the room so that the aircon dident work overtime.
