I always love the stay here. It's clean and comfortable.

The clerk on 8/6/24 called me while I was driving the woods about my card. I expressed I'm was driving it wasn't safe She kept repeating were completely booked. Okay, and? Then, yesterday night, someone left the door propped open by the ice machine. This was not okay at all.

The staff was very nice & very helpful! Good location & easy access!

It was hard to figure out the tv- the remote was older & didn’t control the way it should, continental breakfast was fine but out of coffee & waffle mix when we got down there. The lady did very quickly fix more & replenish.

Parking was good but not great. I wasn't easy about the back lot, but managed to parked in front. Not sure the back lot would be a problem. Just not my preference.

Water from the air conditioner over the door dripping on you when you come in or out the door at the end of the hallway.

As usual the location is great right off the interstate. It was quiet and the room was clean.

Checking in. Had the same guy the last 2 times and he did not communicate well and he had no customer service skills. Made me feel as if I was bothering him. Made it unpleasant. I stay here whenever I come to town. The location, rooms and value are great!

Second cheapest hotel room in Auburn with fewer hidden fees made it a good choice. Received a complimentary upgrade because our room wasn't ready at check-in.

It was noisy. People upstairs must have moved furniture all night. The hardwood floors, although pretty, new and clean, do little to cover the noise. Adjoining room had a large gap under the door and they kept the tv and light on all night. No fault of the hotel, but something to keep in mind. We were there on Easter weekend. Imagine if it had been after the Iron Bowl or another high energy sporting event.
