I was very pleased with my stay at this property. The experience matched the photos exactly, which was refreshing. In my experience, the quality of a stay often reflects the service provided by the front desk staff — and in this case, I definitely felt like I hit the jackpot. The receptionist was incredibly professional and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful. As we were leaving, they kindly offered to help us dispose of a few items, which I really appreciated — especially since it’s not always common for staff to step in when they see guests with children struggling. The entire hotel was clean, well-maintained, and smelled amazing. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, and I truly felt I was getting my money’s worth. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I wouldn’t say I disliked the property — in fact, I loved it! During our stay, my son did notice a small bug on the shower door our first night before we took one. However, I chose not to report it because it was the only one we saw, and the rest of the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I didn’t feel it was necessary to raise concern over something so minor. I simply disposed of it with a napkin and flushed it away. Overall, my positive experience far outweighed this small incident.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, convenient kitchen facilities in room, nice gym, friendly staff

Location was perfect, was able to walk to get food and see the movies. Grounds are well kept and they were able to accommodate me with an early check in. Staff was so nice. Booked specifically for the Groome shuttle service and would stay here again in the future.

Relatively quiet stay however guest at the pool could get loud late at night and could be heard in my room on the 4 th floor which was annoying.

My room was halfway down the hallway from the elevator. I could hear people getting on and off the elevator and every step they took walking down the hallway. There were two USB ports in the room and neither one of them worked.

The morning staff was super friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable. The room was very spacious to fit 4 people and 2 dogs.

The shower floor did look a little dirty and the water pressure wasn’t strong and the water temperature was hard to get right. It was either slight warm to melting the skin off.

Breakfast was fantastic, rooms were clean, pool was refreshing and the staff was phenomenal! We have found our favorite place to stay when we are visiting the campus. We will be back in September and can’t wait!!

Nothing … everything was perfect. We can’t get over how nice it was and how amazing the entire staff was. We love this place. I don’t think I’ve ever said that about a hotel before.
