The lady at the front desk was so nice and made our accommodations perfectly! We came from home to shelter from the storm. She was very very nice and polite. I booked a handicap room bc I just Chad a knee replacement and my elderly mother was with me and it was on 3rd floor. I requested first floor. She showed me the room that they had available and it was perfect even though it wasn’t handicap but, good.

I really loved the communication with staff. I especially loved Mrs. Tonya! She was so kind and made sure I was comfortable and happy. I enjoyed her and her personality. I had a great room with a wonderful view. The property was quiet, clean, and accommodating.

I didn’t like that I could smell smoke in the hallways. The shower floor could’ve been much cleaner but luckily I had shower shoes.

the staff is amaizing including the spanish gentleman who was doing housekeeping for my room he did an amaizing job i know he took his time and cleaned my room with love and care because every day I came back into my room I felt the love and freshness so Kudos to him!! The breakfast was absolutely pleasing to the EYE, Presentable, Hot and Great the place looked Spotless every morning while getting some Delicious Breakfast and Great Customer Service From the Manager there I understand why she manage to get 100% on FOOD inspections She Is The Goat! I also appreciate the great customer services from the front desk clerks am and pm these ladies made my stay complication FREE!! we loved our stay here!!

my stay was awesome!!!! nothing to dislike

The free breakfast offered a very wide selection of tasty, freshly made items and the service area was well attended and spotless. The front desk staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful and professional. We had an emergency family situation in the midst of a local college having to shut down a 450 person dormitory building and they seamlessly accommodated everyone somehow and never lost their patience or smiles. Pretty much an ideal hotel staff.

Some rude guests who slammed their doors every time through them and talked/TV loud at all hours. Pool was a little green with absolutely no shaded seating or umbrellas. Guest laundry had only one pair of machines.

Nice room, convenient location to Auburn Campus without being in the middle of the madness.

I have been double charged for the room. First by Booking.com and then by the hotel upon arrival. Although I paid when I made the reservation through Booking.com, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed guests always had to pay the hotel upon arrival. Both charges have been posted to my credit card and neither have been removed 4 days later. ***Extra room charge has been removed. Thank you!

It was clean and the staff very friendly.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past, this was the first time it cost me double the usual price especially considering I only went there because of the hurricane. I feel they raised the price knowing people had limited options. Shame on them!

Location good for visiting family in area.

My planning! I had no idea Auburn University football was having their spring "A Day" event the same weekend we chose to visit family. The price for the room was really, really high. The nice thing was that this property actually had a room available for our last minute trip!!

The staff was exceptional. We were in from out of town. I was staying alone with 3 kids. When we were leaving I accidentally left my son’s bottle in the microwave. They quickly made sure we were able to get it so we could get on the road. Everything was clean and it smells so fresh. 10/10

Immaculate cleanliness.

The pool area was directly outside my 2nd floor window and was a little noisy on Saturday and Sunday night past 10pm.

The room, elevator and hallways were very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was ok, the staff kinda watches over the breakfast like you will take too much which in our case we barely touch it. Coffee and a bagel was enough for me. And better water pressure in the shower.
