What a perfectly located property! It was close to several restaurants, about 3 miles away from the campus of Auburn University. All of our favorite Morning food places were there and a huge choice of restaurants, namely, Mexican! Super close access to I 85 made it ideal. Beautiful quiet, clean Auburn, Alabama. Will be back.

Sno, the staff member on duty did an AMAZING JOB welcoming us to the hotel and providing assistance to us as requested. She was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied 🙏🏽😇💗👏🏽👏🏽

Our hotel room was clean but did have an odor that may have simply indicated that the mop water needed to be freshened more often between use and/or carpet odors needed to be addressed to identify the smell we observed.

I thought the breakfast was varied and ample -- gave lots of options for a variety of needs and tastes. Coffee was excellent.

I was very sorry to have booked through a booking agency and not directly, because I missed my bonus points. Apparently getting an app is the way to go -- but I have so many apps.

The location was amazing, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were fantastic! Every staff member we came across were so friendly and warm.

Nothing really, if I had to make a complaint I'd say the thermostat didn't have an option to have the fan set as on vs auto but really this is a personal preference

The hotel was very busy due to move in week at Auburn University., and the room was still clean and ready to go when we arrived. I accidentally booked a king room but we had our daughter with us for one more night and the manager rushed us up a cot for her. Our king bed was very comfortable and breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel is convenient to Auburn University and we’ll definitely return!

Rooms were exceptionally clean and well put together. We had a king room and the bed was HUGE and extremely comfortable! Hotel was close to EVERYTHING! Plus they accept debit cards as payments which is our preference when booking instead of a credit card. Breakfast was top notch as well! Overall, incredible experience. This was our first time in Auburn and my husband and I stated this will be our go-to hotel moving forward when we're in that city!

Seems to have slacked on details. The bathroom floor was half mopped, we had zero soap, and towels were not replaced.

the breakfast is not as healthy as I would have at home but OK I wish the wheat bread was whole wheat for example and the bagels multi grain as one option

the location on College Avenue in Auburn makes it nearly unwalkable

There was a computer issue that delayed me getting my room for about 30 min. I ended up booking thru booking.com on my phone as I couldn’t be checked in at the desk when I walked in.

The staff was so polite and friendly and helpful I had a small problem and they fixed it right away. Very happy with our stay.

The only thing that I can say is that it needs a grab bar inside the shower. It is hard for an elderly person to take a shower and not hold on to something. But it was a very good stay.
