When searching for this particular trip I was specifically looking for an outdoor sitting area, the pictures of their outdoor area is what prompted me to book at this location. The hotel was absolutely everything if not better than what was represented on the website.

not really a complaint, but the only thing that I personally can say negative- The staff does not have a way to see someone at the front desk or had a bell.. so when they are behind the wall doing other work, they dont see the guest that is standing there ready to check in. That was the case for me and one more guest. We had to speak outloud so that they knew we were there.

Clean and modern

I pre-paid but the front desk said that the virtual card was declined. I showed her on my phone where the payment went through to which she replied that I had to take it up with the manager. The next morning a new front desk person was able to fix the problem and reverse the new charge.

Clean, comfortable, well organized, well though off (designed) and well stocked.

Third day refreshing rule. Came the day we left. We had garbage piled in the two little waste baskets.

Everything was great from the time we walked in. The staff were very friendly, always welcoming you in. The rooms were great, we had 1 king room and one double queen room, they were very spacious and exceptionally clean!

I liked everything, we had no problems!

The manager that checked me in did a great job. She was friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure.

The check in process was easy and the stay was great, it was clean also.

The TV in the sitting area of the king suite didn't work and the bar closed early on Saturday night. I also would have preferred that the pool stayed open longer than 10 PM.

Location great. Did not have the breakfast. Beds was so comfortable.

Shower wasn't hot enough and there was no water pressure.

Quiet, Clean, Great location

No dislikes!

Comfy bed and huge shower!

Only one elevator worked.
