The location was exactly where I needed to be, near the hospital. Just hard to SEE the hotel sign in that congested area by the mall. There was a numerous amount of restaurants surrounding you. Decent breakfast. Room was CLEAN & had PLENTY of towels available. The frig in the room we had was AWESOME!!

Staff wasn't available as needed. Didn't tell us the breakfast times or anything just spoke & took my card. I didn't like the fact that the sink sits outside the bathroom/shower like it does. Feels like you're in the middle of the floor in the room. The bathroom is a bit small but it was decently clean (huge plus). Little overpriced for just 1 night but I didn't have to pay alone so...

The bed was comfortable. Liked the jetted tub.

Got to hotel at 11:30pm. Lobby was locked, and it said ring bell. The attendant never came after about 4 rings. We then called and could hear the phone ringing, but still no one came to the window. Continued calling for about 10 minutes. Finally, after standing at the window for about 20 minutes I tried the doors even though I knew they were locked and realized the attendant was sleeping on the couch and neither the phone ringing or the buzzer had woke him in the 20 minutes we had tried. I then banged on the door a few times, and he jumped off the couch and came to the window. Not even acknowledging I had woke him. Very unsatisfied, thought at first we were going to not get our room after having a reservation.

The place was very clean. The flooring was ceramic tile, which was much cleaner and nicer than old carpet would have been. The bed was very nice and comfortable, as well as the pillows. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The vanity is kid size. I am a very short person and I had to lean over, so I'm sure a normal height person would find the height of the vanity very annoying. The bathroom itself was small. Breakfast was very limited on the selection, but the quality was good.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient to our room. I was notified prior to arrival that a storm had shut down the internet/cable and was offered a full refund if I canceled. I opted not to cancel, but thought it would have been a nice gesture to offer compensation or discount since it was not restored prior to checkout.

Very neat and clean room. Almost all the amenities available. Have the option to wash and dry by your own, even though it is a common washing machine and a dryer. Staff also very nice. The property is very close to Auburn mall and your can find lot of resturants nearby, even a Walmart store in a walkable distance.

Breakfast options are very limited.

I love this hotel and stay every time I am in town here. It is quiet, clean and very comfortable. Staff is always very helpful and checking in and out is always easy. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Auburn.

If I had to find anything wrong I would say I wish they had a few hot breakfast items that aren't sugary but honestly I was fine with the options they offer

It was absolutely nothing that I did not like I enjoyed my stay thoroughly even though it was for just one night

Room was nice and clean. Hotel was quiet so slept well. Staff was professional and expedient.

Breakfast was ok ... but milk was bad. Couldn't even drink it and I'm not too picky. Recommend individual cartons instead of help yourself pitcher.

the staff was amazing. warm, welcoming, super helpful. it was a great experience staying there for our daughter's college move-in trip.

It was a great price for the location and quality of stay provided. Easy access to all plans we had and did not feel like we were ever too far from campus. All in all a great place to stay for a weekend trip in Auburn.

100% on my part for not checking the pictures more closely, but did not like rooms were directly exposed to outside. Was under the impression this would be a traditional hotel setup with a lobby and elevator, but overall not a trip killer by any means.
