Staff was able to accommodate an early check in time. Everything was clean on arrival. Staff made sure that I had clean towels and trash picked up daily.

Toilet kept running. Staff forgot to leave towels in room when I first checked in and staff had an attitude when we asked for towels. We had no reason to lie about the towels not being there. I know we're human and humans make mistakes. Other than that, everything was good.

Reasonably priced Location was good for my needs Bathtub for hot bath Shower temp easy to regulate and good water pressure Information about room, WiFi, etc was provided in a notebook in the room

An unexpected deposit of $50 for cleaning if anyone smoked in my room Check-in didn’t provide much information about the room and was unavailable for questions after I got to my room

The clerk on 8/6/24 called me while I was driving the woods about my card. I expressed I'm was driving it wasn't safe She kept repeating were completely booked. Okay, and? Then, yesterday night, someone left the door propped open by the ice machine. This was not okay at all.

It was hard to figure out the tv- the remote was older & didn’t control the way it should, continental breakfast was fine but out of coffee & waffle mix when we got down there. The lady did very quickly fix more & replenish.

I had a late check out. Wished I coukd have checked out at 12.30 but they did let me stay an hour later.

Very clean for an older hotel.

Parking was good but not great. I wasn't easy about the back lot, but managed to parked in front. Not sure the back lot would be a problem. Just not my preference.

The breakfast was great,it was quiet and peaceful night and day. Thanks I needed that peace of mind it was my birthday 🥳
