Place mostly clean overall for an older property. Appeared to be new paint. Staff had an acceptable attitude. Bedding was clean and smelled clean. Location was convenient to shopping and food. Overall it was a pretty good value for the money.

Beds were not comfortable. There was a random lady walking around barefoot in a night gown in the lobby getting coffee for a long time at 10 pm. No one else was able to get to the coffee. Breakfast was not very good.

This is a great hotel.all staff were friendly and clean all around. Breakfast was good.the lady who served up the breakfast was very friendly and enjoyable to be around. The pool was clean.gazebo was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was on a side road behind the main road.

The breakfast was very good and actually exceeded what we expected.The location of the hotel was very convenient and it was easy to, locate. The person who checked us in was very friendly and quite helpful.

The shower, even though was adjustable, it did not adjust for us. This however was really not a problem just a minor inconvenience.

The room and bathroom felt very clean and comfortable. Like someone was paying attention.

The property overall felt clean and comfortable. Some towels could have been tossed. I bring my own. Hotel towels previously were higher quality and could stand up to vigorous bleaching. Some looked a little dingy. But overall it was a comfortable stay. If the property could invest in better towels, especially post-covid, they'd score higher points.

Fantastic staff!! Room was excellent, clean, well stocked. Bed was super comfortable. We stay often in the Auburn/Opelika and will be staying here again!! Kudos to Ricky at the front desk and Charmel in the breakfast area.

Very nice staff, very clean room, bedding comfortable, great water pressure. Breakfast was good and hot. 24hr. Coffee was excellent. Thank you.

A not asked for wake up call at 6:22am and a 8:15 knocking at our door to see if room was still being occupied !!! Both times being woke from sleep.

Breakfast was good. I believe you need a food permit with the local health department. The amount of towels was nice. The 24/7 folgers coffee was good. TV stations were good.

Somehow my name was misspelled or something and they initially couldn't find my reservation. My room AC was not on, so our room was hot when we arrived at 9 pm. It had been a hot day and we were on the top floor. There was a dirty sock behind the mini fridge. Part of a bone was on the floor at the for of the bed, maybe from someone that had baby back ribs? My bed was too soft. No elevator.

Clean and well situated for my needs.

Difficult to shut the curtains completely to shut out bright outside lights. Made it harder to get to sleep.

The lady handling the breakfast area used her finger to clear, what I assume to have been, a jam in the pancake machine. I let it continue the process and just threw them in the trash. But then I got to thinking about, what else did she do with her bare hands..... Unsanitary!

Them stealing my White coat I mistakenly left in the chair in room 103! and called immediately after asking them if the house keeping bring it to the front & claiming they never seen it….
