A stunning hotel property located on the most beautiful Italian street. The location is perfect for trips and sights around the north. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of storage space (which is usually lacking in most hotels!), with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are all very friendly and speak very good English. We only had breakfast one morning of our 5 night stay as we were so busy out exploring each day early, but what we did have was really good food. The spa is also a very nice addition at the end of a busy day hiking to use.

I absolutely love this hotel and I would definitely come back. I was very impressed with the interior design and the high level of service. The breakfast was incredibly diverse and delicious, with very fresh and healthy ingredients. The hotel staff was professional, warm, and polite. The sauna and Turkish bath were also very comfortable and relaxing.

The snacks in the sauna area were a bit disappointing, as they lacked flavor and had lost their crispness, likely from being exposed for too long. Additionally, the Roman bath, despite being told as 24-hour, suddenly had its lights turn off after midnight, which left me a bit flustered.

This is a must stay in Brixen! We absolutely loved our stay and wished we had booked more nights. The hotel is beautifully designed and comfortable.The spa is so lovely with a hot Roman bath and Sauna. The Breakfast was amazing! It is a la carte and all the food was delicious! We also had lunch in the restaurant and it was absolutely lovey! Id recommend having a meal at the restaurant sitting outside, great vibes. The staff were also all so lovely! Overall we had an amazing stay and would come again in a heartbeat

The only comment I can make is that the tv only has Italian channels and no way to stream Netflix ect. A chromecast or Apple TV box would allow people to log into their own streaming services. This is minor and wouldn’t stop us coming again we loved it!

The food was extraordinary as was the attention from the staff. The hotel is a little gem in a beautiful town. It was well designed and very spacious. Overall delightful for a two night stay during winter.

As a small note the towels felt very new so they did not dry as effectively. And for the more private guests the shower felt a little exposed. It did not bother our party but something to note.

Very clean and lovely aesthetic. Staff were all so warm and kind. We asked for an iron which they didn’t have on the first day, but this was purchased, delivered and brought up to our room by the next day - just brilliant! Breakfast was also super fresh and brought out in a way that made us feel very special.

Probably the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel for a very long time Rooms were also spacious and clean and well equipped. Superb location with superb ice cream shop just beside. Great dinner as well, highly recommend

The bathroom is modern with no doors so you’ll need to get used to it. Small issue

Immaculate interior style, Spa area, small (9 rooms only), healthy & local food, extremely friendly staff, very comfortable bedding, perfect location in the middle of old town (quite due to good insulation). Would 100% recommend and come again (and I'm very picky)

The dinner menu was a bit hard to understand and the chalk paint was smellable (apparently that's healthy) but that's complaining on the highest level

I honestly did not have any expectations but staying at Fink was one of the best experiences I have had staying somewhere so far. From the design, branding, restaurant, the spa, staff and the calm atmosphere, everything was just perfect! I cannot wait to come back someday.

We loved the incredibly warm and welcoming staff! The property is stunning, the food is incredible, the location is exceptionally convenient, the Roman bath/sauna were luxurious after a long day of hiking, overall a truly unforgettable experience!

Absolutely nothing, to say we had a perfect stay would not be an exaggeration.

They have set up parking arrangement which is. Slwys difficult in an old town and helped with luggage transfer. Slightly inconvenient but for the benefit of location and quality of hotel experience worth the slight hassle
