The hotel was near the autostrada, easy to find with ample parking. Staff as always in BB Hotels very friendly with easy check in. Recommendations were reliable. Room was very quiet and clean, very modern and appealing, much better than the BB's in Germany. The bed was so comfortable, it was the best mattress and pillow in 2 weeks of all hotels we slept in in whole Italy. Enough space for luggage, bathroom very nice and clean as well, fancy glass sink !! Breakfast was ok but not great.

The best alternative for Arezzo if you travel by car. 40 minutes walk from the historical centre. excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Full miniboutique service for drinks and snacks. We had upgraded room as we had been to the hotel three years before. Huge guarded parking place.

A map with the hotel location would be highly appreciated and would make it much easier to find the shortest way to the city centre.

The main bed was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants etc in the area, and the breakfast (especially the coffee!) was delicious. Great A/C, and bathroom felt very luxurious.

We traveled with a 1-year old so they put in an extra adult bed (which she obviously can’t sleep without falling off so she slept in the main bed and us parents took turns sleeping in the extra bed) and that bed was horribly hard and we both ended with a lot of joint pains from that one. Would’ve been better just with an extra crib that she could’ve used. They also did not have an electric kettle so we had to go to the reception every time we needed to heat water for the baby formula.

Staff was very friendly excellent service, nice to have work tables in the lobby, good brekfast quite enough. Position of hotel is perfect if you visited Sienna and need to stay for the night. Arezzo is also very interesting little city old town is very charming.

It was a little strange to have glass doors on the toallet which don’t fit right but I survived :), and toallet sit is so high it was funny experiance…not that I didn’t like.

The room was spacious, bright and very clean. It also had funny (but in a good way) emerald bathroom. The parking in front of the hotel is free, but it’s outdoors. We had a good stay and can recommend this hotel for a short stay!

During our stay one the elevators was broken. Breakfast was poor, so in our opinion it’s not worth the money. Also, the public transport that goes directly to the city centre is not convenient because the bus doesn’t go very often, and it’s possible to take the public transport after dinner, only a taxi.

The staff was very friendly, everyone speaks English very well, room is big and the location is good. Breakfast was good although we had to pay extra for it.

I thought that breakfast is included in the price but it wasn’t, wifi worked poorly, bathroom has a glass door so you don’t really have privacy when you are in it.

Everything great. I chose this place, because I need not be in the centre of the city. Having a car, I am mobile. So, I have the option of chossing a cheaper accomodation outside city centre.

It might be a challenge for those who don't have mobility.

pet friendly

we received a call from the receptionist with the pressure to arrive as soon as possible, because she will finish work at 10pm even though on booking.com was listed that reception open 24 hours a day which is why we chose this property. But after the call we had to rush like crazy

The location was convenient for our purposes, we were not looking for a hotel in the center. We were late with the arrival, the reception was closed, but there was a person who remotely checked us in and helped. We didn't pay for breakfast, so we can't rate it.

Cleanliness of room, bathroom was large and shower was good size. Good breakfast with variety of items.

Room furnishings were showing wear and tear. Exhaust fan in bathroom appeared not to be working.
