Worth every penny. Good location and easy access to food stall and few restaurants.Easy to find the way. Comfortable room. Free parking. Toilet is clean and the water pressure are good.

The aircond take about 45 mins to get cold.

The owner entertained my request to have extra pillow and our place of stay to be on ground floor since I bring babies and their stuffs.

everything is just good. from the parking space we don't need to worry about it. inside the room is very clean & very spacious, got hanger, got cermin. the toilet is very clean! they do provide towel but only two even i booked for 3 person.

a bit dissapointed they didn't provide extra pillow. outside the room, i hope owner can check first about cat poopoo.

Good value for money. Room are bigger than expected.

Toilet need to clean especially the dustbin inside the toilet.

Valuable for short vacay, room comfortable, clean, very near to UTHM and other facilities like Lotus, McD, KFC, restaurant etc. Will stay again here.
