It's located at the top of Jiufen Old Street, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. The staff are friendly and chill. They have a LINE account for tourists to ask questions, and they reply immediately. I like the retro-style furniture and decorations. The shared areas are tidy and comfortable as well. There were spectacular views from the room I got—I could spend all day in my room taking photos, haha. Overall, I will definitely visit again!

It's located at the top of Jiufen Old Street, which means you'll have to climb a lot of stairs. If you're carrying large luggage or traveling with elderly people, this B&B might not be suitable for you.

Wonderful staff. Really nice people run this place. The location is good, but a bit of a walk from the bus stand. Great shower. Wonderful breakfast buffet with vegan vegetarian options. A hot/cold water dispenser with coffee & tea 24/7. Very clean updated facility with nice common areas. Comfortable bed. They changed the towels on request. Free use of umbrellas. Good WiFi. Good TV with English channels.

Towel hanger was inside shower stall, so not practical. Not a lot of space for bags inside the room, which was not an issue for us as we just had backpacks, but could be problematic for those with larger bags.

The location gave a great view of the sea and was a comfortable base to explore Jiufen, though I recommend taking a taxi straight there because trying to drag luggage through the busy and narrow streets and up so many stairs is very stressful. Staff are helpful and will give recommendations for shops, as well as call a taxi if requested. The beds are queen-sized and can fit three adult people, but only just. They will repeatedly emphasise to you the bed is small, so it is entirely your responsibility if you book it for 3 people and you can't fit in. There is an extra charge for the third person in the room for things like extra towels that you must pay in cash.

The toiler is the kind that you need to throw the toilet paper into the bin next to it. This is common in Taiwan and I don't hold it against the place, but this is something to keep in mind if you are uncomfortable with this kind of thing.

We stayed for two nights and loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful with great views, even on cloudy days. The common areas were beautiful, with a serene atmosphere. The breakfast was very tasty - we are vegetarian and the staff was very accommodating. There was a good mix of Western and Eastern food options.

The bathroom was quite small, but manageable. Be aware, the location is at the very top of the old town, and you will need to climb a lot of stairs if you come by bus - it's a decent workout :)

The total atmosphere of the place. It's really unique. The room that we had was small but it felt very comfortable. It has a small sitting area where you can eat and watch shows or to make further plans or whatever you need to do. Toilet were clean and functionable. The bed was comfortable too. I would stay in this place again if we ever go back to Jiufen. Staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful especially a guy called Ted (if I remembered correctly!). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location, 2min walking distance to business street. Cozy and beautiful public spaces in level 2 & 3

Very hard to find a car park, narrow roads to drive in, we bumped our rental car when try to give way to a car, and we ended up paying for NT 5000 additional fee ( the space of the road only allow one car to drive through, but you might meet another car drive opposite direction, forcing you to drive backwards all the way to the entrance if you are unlucky like us)

The receptionist was charming. The building is newly renovated in a chic modern theme. Impeccable attention to detail. Peaceful Zen ambiance. The view of the bay is almost perfect except for an elementary school building nearby. Breakfast is freshly made and includes vegetarians.

It is at the very top of the hill; I suggest no more than a backpack to climb the crowded million steps. The bathroom is very tidy but designed for smaller bodies.

Beautiful modern place close to Jiufen Old street. This place has lovely design, rooms are beautiful. It's really close to everything you need. You can park next to the hotel and pay through app, look for the QR codes on walls.

Unfortunately there was a construction/renovation hapenning in some rooms during our stay (they were drilling and changing toilets), so the noise was excesive, we were tired from our trip and wanted to sleep a little longer :( they had free rooms further from the drilling, but when I asked the stuff about our relocation, they told us, it's only possible for a fee, that was a shame and seem a bit unwilling. Otherwise the hotel is great.

we absolutely loved the views - the pictures did not do justice. Such a zen place to stay, the room had authentic cute Jiufen views, the top common area was so beautiful. we were also blessed with great weather - I'll never forget the sunset we saw from our accommodation. The breakfast next day was also super delicious. The aunty making our breakfast made sure we had enough food and was so helpful with suggesting what condiments to go with our porridge. Love the overall experience.

The hotel was located on top of the old town stairs (it was quite the climb) but, the view was definitely worth the hike!

We wanted to stay the night after spending time at the tea house and catching the lanterns lit. Jiufen is generally very touristy and the hotel was small and at the top of the old street. Check in was easy, and clear instructions were given then about check out, breakfast and how to use the keys. Bed and pillow were hard, our room was on the second floor just beside the dining and common area so there was some noise. The shades in the room don’t really block out all the light. Some mildew in the toilet, which was shared with the shower area. No lift in the hotel, which was ok for us. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. We had an obscured ocean view from the room. Location was good, not difficult to find.
