Location and the staff are realy good. They gave us a choice between 2 rooms, one small but had a balcony and the other was larger but did not have the balcony or the river view. Ws chose the snaller room with a balcony and view.

Bed is high in the middle and slopes of to the sides. Shower place hase no glass door or any means to prevent the water from splashing out.

Location was Perfect but very noisy

A/C is switched to Heating with no other way to switch it to cool while the temperature outside is 28 degree!!! And the staff could not do anything about it!! And if you switch it off and open the window it is noisy and still hot!!!

Amazing location right in the center of Yalova and along the canal. So walkable! Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi to a wedding venue and to the bus station. Hotel was very clean and updated. Room was large with a balcony (room 402). Very comfortable bed. Great shower with nice toiletries. A great stay. We were only in town for a wedding so we only stayed one night. Wish we had more time to use the spa services.

breakfast was poor, staff very rude specially the Manager (Mart) and all receptionist disrespectful Except Mr. Park. one negative point also I gave my things for washing ( jeans, T. shirt, socks) they returned all things except socks it’s lost.

The location and the kindness of the staff

The lack of staff is the only problem I think the management should hire more staff to be the best at Yalova..I’m not blaming or criticizing the current team as they are doing there best to satisfy the guests

Everything was amazing, starting from the reception, I think his name Ali my cross fit friend he was so polite and gentleman and the girl in reception she was so professional but I’m sorry I forgot her name , I booked family suit was so comfortable, location is the best in Yalova , for sure this hotel will be always my choice in this area .

Every thing is close to hotel, I don't worry about my family the restaurants and the shops are very close to the hotel. Car parking is available put annoying
