Excellent location in a beautiful spot, right on the beach. So easy to pop back to the room from the beach and it was such a gorgeous beach. I suggest walking 5 minutes up from the hotel - no one else seems to abs it feels like you have the beach to yourself. Between the convenience store, the food/BBQ run by the water sports people and the restaurants over the road, there are plenty of food options. Great choice for a proper beach break in Okinawa. The view from the balcony never gets old.

Breakfast was fine, but I didn’t have it included and it didn’t feel worth what I paid for it. Ate from the convenience store most mornings.

Okinawa is a relatively large island and you can't get anywhere without a car. The Best Western is 60km from the airport, but it has a private beach and a beautiful view of the sea. It was quiet. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was rich, half European and half Asian. Everyone can choose. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels were brought. There is an opportunity to buy some water sports or entertainment, they have their own snack stand on the beach. There is also a Family Mart downstairs in the hotel, so you can buy anything at any time. It is open 24/7. There are also several restaurants in the area, some right across the street. You can also get there on foot. If you don't have a car, there is also a bus. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I would go there again, we can only recomend.

The hotel is RIGHT on the beach! All rooms face the ocean so you always get a beautiful view. The new annex part of the hotel is very nice, clean, and modern. The room is very comfortable and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay. All the staff were very nice and professional. There is a Family Mart attached at the ground floor and is very convenient to have. It's not as big as standalone locations but still nice to have and good selection. The included breakfast in the attached restaurant is decent, but not sure if they offer lunch and dinner. There is also a small coin laundry room that is convenient if you need to do wash. Parking is free.

I didn't enjoy the activity company that is below the hotel that started jet skies and stuff at 9am everyday. Lots of noise and screaming from kids being pulled on the rafts. Thankfully the windows block out a lot of the noise. The free parking filled up really fast in the evening and it's not all paved so when it rains it floods in areas and makes it inconvenient to get to your car. They also allow tour buses to park there too which block you from pulling out fully. There are not many restaurants nearby. You also are too far to Uber eats anything to the hotel. The bed mattresses were also quite hard.

The view is stunning. We particularly picked this hotel because of the beautiful sea view. They have a new and older building and they gave us a room in the new building almost at the top, which was so nice. Breakfast was good too with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable and the room had so much space in comparison to the rest of Japan. We both fully opened large luggages. They also have laundry machines in the buildings. Washing and drying machines are separate, so have to come back. The cleaning lady was SO nice! We loved her. I would definitely come back.

It would have been great to provide the beach towels for free. The fee was minimal (100 yen), but it could have been a nice service. They didn’t have sun beds, which could have been nice too. However, there was a local firm downstairs that rented water sport equipment and sun beds. The only other thing that bothered us were the bedsheets. They had threads/bobbles coming out. It made them look quite old, which I didn’t expect. I asked them to change it, which they have done very nicely. No problem.

We loved that it’s beach front! Our room had a balcony with a great view. The people at reception were super nice and helpful.

The property itself is on a nice beach but it’s not close to anything. Kouri beach is at least forty minutes away in a taxi if you don’t have a car. There are just a couple of restaurants that you can walk to for food. On site is a convenient mart. The free breakfast that comes with the room is basic and doesn’t change. The restaurant was closed other then breakfast while we were there

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. Each room offers a beautiful ocean view, allowing every guest to enjoy the scenery. The accommodation is affordable given the quality and amenities provided, including a great breakfast buffet. Free parking is available, and a Family Mart is conveniently located next door. Additionally, there are several restaurants across the street with a variety of dining options.

However, the parking area is not fully paved, which can lead to muddy conditions when it rains, making it inconvenient to access your car.

Nice (coral) beach right outside the hotel. At the road there's a bus stop to travel quickly to Nago or Naha.

Location and room afforded excellent view of the ocean, both at morning an sunset. Sea front proximity to a blue coral sea at breakfast is especially refreshing, complementing selection of food. Despite the location, the attached convenience store provided many amenities at all hours, especially decent food common in Japanese convenience store.

The hotel is fair distance from Naha, therefore plan carefully. Despite the beach being the main attraction, and there are some water activities, it is not a resort. Nonetheless, with it being more accessible, one might feel compelled to explore the top half of Okiwana.

Very beautiful beach and clean water. Couple of nice restaurants in walking distance. Family Mart integrated into the building - very useful and cheap solution for drinks and food intake.

A little outdated, at least our room and floor. No infrastructure provided at the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, towels by the hotel. Chairs and umbrellas obviously can be rented, but from external provider, but there were only three chairs and nobody around to be asked.

Breakfast was really good with great variety of dishes. Hotel is located on the beach which is very convenient. Staff was helpful and pleasant, some people on the reception has good English.

Would be nice for the hotel to have sun umbrellas and beach chairs. Also, since there are not too many options for dinner, would be nice to have a hotel shuttle to the Nago. The city bus is quite expensive. We ordered the rent car, but nobody told us to make International Driving license.
