I felt safe and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked that there was a gym, which I used every day. The washer was also made available to us at a fair rate. Public transport was helpful, but Uber was not so reliable in the area.

Not that I did not like it, but the nearest grocery store is about a 20-minute walk, and at the time I didn't know how the public transport works, but I felt safe enough to walk.

it was not cleaned when we arrived, floors dirty. very bad location to go to the centre in public transport, in the morning you can take a bus that arrives every 30 min an then a metro but it will take you an hour to get to the centre. at night there is no public transport that take you close to the apartment, we ended up taking uber and it wasn’t cheap

The property was particularly clean and had a great morning view and generalised optimal lightening. Welcome pack nicely provided. Directions were clear at arrival, checkout particularly straight forward.

There are pictures of an alleged breakfast that DOES NOT EXIST. No attention to small details in communication (mistaken gender, offered indoors parking for a motorcycle that did not fit in the room). Hard to safely park my motorcycle in the outdoor parking considering that the surface was markedly uneven and there was nowhere to chain it to. Luckily, no one touched it over the stay period.
