Excellent hotel in a great location, pleasantly surprised by the standard in all aspects, from reception to restaurant staff whom all exceeded my expectations. The hotel and rooms are modern, clean spacious and comfortable catering for the professional traveller. Will for sure come back to this hotel.

In principle no negative comments, all was to or above expected standard, however one item could be improved, for travellers with EV's the information on the charge station could be improved, directing the traveller to the reception for a charge card.

Comfortable hotel, modern, very clean, and steps away from the town’s center. The staff is friendly, the spa and fitness area is up to par. The coffee is the best I’ve had in a while. In my opinion, the best place to stay in Meppen.

Im travelling a lot for the last 20 years over the whole world and i must say that (not counting the specialized all inclusive 5* resorts) this hotel has the best breakfast i have ever seen. Both quality and choice. Amazing how they do it, i highly appreciate!

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed so far. New furniture, comfy beds, big rooms, fantastic food and overall nice stay. All things in room are electric. Even light turn on automatically. Tv was big enough.

Small thing - the omlette wasnt tasty because someone didnt cover it well in the morning breakfest and there was no iron in room.

Exceptional breakfast, complementary tea all day and night long. Very specious and practical hotel. Modern but still cozy and with style. Nice location near the river and village, park. Safe location and private parking.

The bar area could be cosier, with little corners with privacy. The pillows were a bit too hard and synthetical. Fresh orange juice ? I did not see that with the breakfast, which was otherwise exceptional.

This was an excellent place to stay, with friendly welcoming staff at reception, a great restaurant, dog-friendly too, and a superb sauna on the upper floor. And easy walking distance from the town centre.

The food offerings, exercise and wellness facilities are superb.

Our only criticism of the accommodations was the double bed, odd for a couple from the US, and the bed was rather soft.

Absolutely excellent place to stay. Very friendly staff, very cozy accommodations and excellent cuisine. The breakfasts were some of the best I have ever had the opportunity to taste

I can’t even begin to explain. First off the rooms are crazy clean and the bed is the most comfortable ever. Second the breakfast is so crazy good that there are two big rooms filled with all kinds of food.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay longer

The description of the hotel seemed promising, but anyway the reality exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very convenient and the staff very helpful. The spa area is amazing and the breakfast was exceptional.

There is no electrical car charging facility in the parking, at least not yet.
