The beds were comfortable, room squeaky clean, my children loved swimming in the pool, excellent fitness room, our breakfast exceeded our expectations. So many choices of what to eat. Staff was very helpful. Definitely will be back!

There were people kissing and hugging in the pool and hot tub, it was uncomfortable for me with my children there, so we cut our swim time short.

It was clean and comfortable—the bed was amazing—and the other amenities were of lovely quality. Staff was very friendly. Sleeping was very comfortable.

We had to miss breakfast because it was not served on time. I also could not make the Keurig coffee maker work in our room and the remote for the TV didn’t work.

Easy check-in, good breakfast. Room just as expected for price and brand.

Price was high -- on a cross-country road trip, we paid more here than anywhere else for nothing more than the usual. Also, located at a very busy intersection, so sometimes hard to get in and out due to traffic back-ups on adjacent highways.

friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was quite good, with nice choices, husband liked biscuits and gravy, denver omellette and salsa, wife liked oatmeal and pancakes.

For breakfast, it would have been nice to have a fresh fruit. In our room, the carpet edge had something sharp that hurt my feet.

Had reserved a king room but on arrival one wasn’t available. Would be great if room type availability was more accurate.

The room and the staff was great. The complementary breakfast was great too.

The wake up call from the phone did not work. I just kept getting a busy signal and had to go down to the desk every night to make my wake up call request, and the parking lot had a few pot holes.

The breakfast was good,warm and plenty of dinning for alot of people to be seated at the same time. The food court was clean and well stocked.

The water pressure in the shower was not the best but on the bright side it was clean.

I like the convenience of the location, the staff is amazing, especially Tirzah! She was the most helpful and friendly person to myself and my children. She was kind and patient.

Because I’m spoiled, I wish there was garage parking because it is so cold in the winter and I’m not friends with the cold!

The breakfast available was wonderful and the location was very convenient to restaurants. We took a trip to the lake for a spectacular meal.

The bed was extremely hard for me. had to get comfortable all night.

The hotel was great! They let is check in earlier than anticipated and the room was clean and nice! We enjoyed out stay at the Holiday inn!

The room is a little out dated, but still very clean. For the stay that we had we really didn't have much to complain about! We enjoyed the stay!
