good customer Service, although there was a miscommunication about breakfast. Checked in earlier amd paid for it, asked the counter service staff if we can go straight in for breakfast and they said yes, but when inside resto we were told that our free breakfast will be the next day. Counter staff should be precise in explaining things, as it was very awkward to be told like this, i can afford their breakfast 10 times over, just embarrased and ended up going to the other resto in the hotel. Staff should be clear in explaining things to guest! Care factor is 7 out of 10!

Counter Staff not clear on info, and needs to be flexible if they want me to come back next time!

It was close to SM and very accessible to everything as it was sort of in the center. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. I like the fact that the toilet and shower is separate. The one we booked was with a Mayon View. It did not disappoint as we get to see a bit of it in the early morning better than the tours we did. I like the privacy given to guest. You need your key card to access your floor on the lift. The complementary airport transfer was also very convenient especially when its your first time in Albay.

Nothing I can complain about.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Marison Hotel with my family, and it was truly a wonderful vacation! The hotel is conveniently located in Legazpi, offering ample parking and a delightful swimming pool. A thoughtful lifeguard even provided my 5-year-old nephew with a life-saving ring, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast; however, I did encounter some confusion due to an outdated announcement. While the staff informed us that we needed to pay for my nephew's breakfast, the TV posting indicated that children under six could eat for free. Additionally, the Netflix feature on the TV was not working during our stay. While the staff provided a Huawei USB stick to resolve the issue, I had to use my own Netflix account to watch anything. It would be helpful for future guests if there were alternative options available for those who don’t have a Netflix subscription.

Excellent staff who really take care of guests from the door to your room. The restaurants inside the hotel close late, so even you arrive late at night, you can grab something to eat. There was public transportation around the hotel and also shuttles and taxis.

Parking was full so you have to find an empty spot near the location of the hotel and walk far. Not sure if the parking was full from guests or from employees’ vehicles. The restaurants were popular so you need to make reservations in advance, even you’re a hotel guest.

Great location, clean rooms and excellent food onsite (especially breakfast buffet and Bicol pizzas). Pool was great, but would imagine it could get crowded if busy time. Concierge (booked ATV of Mayon) and staff were outstanding.

Small rooms and HVAC requires key card to activate so room would get musty (a dehumidifying baseline). BIG ISSUE was could not move up the reservations by a day after our flights were changed last minute by airline. There were plenty of rooms available, but was forced to pay for a whole new reservation for a day and lose one day on the original booking. Must have exchanged ~30 emails with them and booking.com (each blamed the other). Not sure who to blame, but booking directly with hotel would have removed that argument.

Breakfast choices were plenty and very good; the whole hotel smelled so good. Size of standard rooms (twin beds) were big enough despite there were 3 of us. All staff were very helpful and very nice.

Very minute, not really big of a deal but the schedule of their shuttle to airport wasn't timed with flights to Cebu (probably because there's only few guests going to Cebu?) so it was a bit of a hassle to look for another mode of transportation (they were very helpful in the booking of Grab, though).

I love everything.the food in all the restaurants are great. We love everything’s served. I also like the staffs. They are all respectful, cheerful, friendly and accommodating. The room is good cozy and comfortable.

The transportation was limited. Only tricycles are available and not conveniently for senior and handicaps. My husband had hard time riding the tricycle.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Chilo bar. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Great food and fantastic service at Chilo. Grace and Abegail went above and beyond typical service. They made me feel welcomed as a solo traveler.

Wi-Fi is unreliable

The property is well located and the rooms are a good size and very comfortable . The staff are quite helpful but sometimes they seemed to have there hands tired at times .

The Hotel at night is very noisy during the night with dogs in the street barking all night . i spoke to the very nice lady manageress who told me they were asking the local ministry officials to deal with this , but as of today the barking dogs are still barking all evening. i hope for the staff and management of the hotel get it sorted out . Taxi are also difficult to get at Hotel

Top notch hotel in Legazpi. Breakfast selection was huge, room was quiet (because we had backyard view on a roof and building site) and clean.

Rooftop restaurant needs improvement. Food is excellent, but it's hard to get a table as service seems to be a bit unorganzied, leaving tables dirty for ages, not cleaning properly for next guests...
