The stay was very peaceful. Its tucked out of the way from the road and other properties. The staff are super courteous and friendly. We required vegan food and there was staff knowledgeable and willing to help us find the food we could eat off the menu. This included the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet. We didnt go in the pool as we got ill but it looked lovely. Overall we had a great stay.

We were not sure if we needed to tip the staff or not. It was not made clear to us (our first place of staying in india) and we didn't have a clear answer when asking the reception staff. Other than that, the stay was great.

Our stay at Amritara was lovely. We wanted a relaxing stay after travelling in busy city towns. It is a close walk to the beach where we discovered a great spot for food and watching the sunset. We had some issues with our room and we were moved with ease twice to ensure our stay was perfect, a massive thank you to Nevel Fernandise who was incredibly helpful and made us feel at ease each time we encountered him. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and our waiter was very lovely and made the meal even better. Overall lovely relaxing stay.

We had booked breakfast with booking.com but on our first breakfast morning whilst in the middle of picking breakfast was rudely interrupted and told it was not included and embarrassed in front of other guests. It was sorted after but would have appreciated being told whilst sitting down. The location itself is quite far out if you want the Goa beach club area but Prana restaurant on the beach front is a perfect mix of relaxed music and good beach front food.

The territory of the hotel is vast, green and very well maintained. Being away from the roads ensures tranquille nights with no bike noises, no music, just the bird songs The rooms have pleasant view of the surrounding green gardens and woods. The rooms and showers are spacious and have big windows Breakfast is nice balance of local food (non-spicy) and european options

The hotel is 1,5 km from the beach. For us it was a nice walking distance but having small kids or elders need to consider that. Of course taxi is not a problem. The nearest beach - Mandrem (Dunes) is best in the area - clean and not crowded

We had a lovely break and four days at Amritara. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds were spotless and the rooms are large in size (we had a room/villa). The hotel is just over 1km from the beach, we walked it and preferred the quieter location amongst the beautiful trees. Plenty to choose from at breakfast and we had dinner in the restaurant one night too.

The property setting is nice and extremely family friendly

The internet speed could be better. The pool table and the pool sticks need to be replaced. We requested the team to view the pool village as we were hoping to move to a pool villa, but were denied as they advised us that we would need to book it and couldn’t just view it. We had requested to view it first as we wanted to make sure that it was baby friendly before we booked it.

The Hotel staff was very humble and maintained high quality of service standards. The parking guards are always there to help you park your car. The main gate guard ensured pleasant entry. The reception area is chilled, relax you immediately. The club cars ensure smooth movement 24*7. The restaurant serves yummy and customised food since I was travelling with parents. Kudos to everyone in the restaurant and specially Vishva who took good care of us for all the 3 dinner meals. Will highly recommend the property and will stay again

The ambience, the rooms, the facilities and the location. We took the pool villa. It was clean, it was serene, and it was peaceful.

The wifi is a bit weak. There must be a better wifi service.

My wife and I spent a few days at Amritara to celebrate her birthday. And boy, was I glad we picked this place. We booked the pool villa. And the room was MASSIVE. The staff were so kind and so helpful - especially Ankit and Pritam. The GM, Sumitesh Sinha went out of his way to make the experience memorable for both of us. And honestly, we would come back and stay here in a heartbeat. The resort sits in the middle of a hilly forest. So you literally wake up to the chirping of birds, and amidst an abundance of greenery. If you like nature, this is for you.

The only thing we felt could be better, was the food. I mean, it wasn't bad. But compared to everything else in the resort, we felt it could be better.

The rooms were huge and just as shown in pictures. The property had lot of plants and trees which makes it cooler in summers. The pool was very nice and the overall aesthetics of the property was beautiful.

The breakfast was disappointing. Food wasn’t tasty and bakery options were limited. The approach road was very narrow and didn’t feel luxurious as you pass through it.

It's a very nice resort. Perfect for Western tourist and solo traveler. Just the food is aimed at Indians, not for Western but you can find very good Western food in the area. The pool is not necessary because the nice beaches are very close. The staff is very friendly and I had a very good stay at Amritara and I would go again.
