The location was great for walking around town but not being right in the middle of the touristy areas. We couldn't hear all the bars/nightclubs at night, which was great. The pool was really nice and a great place to hang out for the morning. There are some good cafes and restuarants near the hotel.

It was a little more of a trek to get over to Medano beach, but that also meant we weren't in the middle of the tourist traps. The price was a bit high, but that made more sense when we saw that we basically got a full two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment. It was probably more space than we needed, but it was a great place to relax in Cabo. Also, the stairs up to the villa were pretty steep, so might not be great for anyone that has trouble with stairs.

I loved the size and views from the villas! Everything we needed was in the villa. Every detail was included inside from the confortable beds, furniture, dishes, toaster, skillet, casserole dishes, lighter for the stove. This place is ideal if you are going to cook or entertain. There are no phones in the rooms, so it is great for unplugging, there is a DVD player, which made it nostalgic. The villa is very quiet and the privacy is wonderful.

I booked a sea view villa for three nights. After the booking was complete, they told us that we would only be getting a sea view for 2 nights. We had to move our things after the first night to the new villas. The new villa was actually incredible! I would have done it all over again because of how beautiful the second villlla was. I know it was due to a scheduled conflict. I don't have a problem with what happened. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Despite the small issue, I would rent their

Staff was awesome and it is on a great location. there is a great view from most of the rooms. We had a room with a territorial view that only had three flights of stairs to get to. We would have preferred a better view for the price, but we booked late for new years, which is a very busy holiday in Cabo.

The shuttle company they recommended to pick us up stiffed us, took our money, and did not show up at the airport. That left us in the lurch on a holiday night forcing us to take an expensive taxi. not the hotels fault fault at all, but they did recommend them. i would avoid TRANSPORTISTAS JOSEFINOS

Our room was perfect! We were in a studio and it had everything we needed. It was awesome to have a fridge to keep waters and beers cold. Our little patio had a great view, and everything was clean and comfortable! Property is a little on the older side, but we enjoyed the charm and the staff was helpful and responsive when needed!!! The pool area looked very nice, although we didn’t not get to use it.

If I had to pick things that I didn’t like, and this would only be things that I’m being super picky about is maybe the stairs and none of the cab drivers knew where it was at. It was an easy walk to back from town, but it is uphill for about 2 blocks and then there are stairs to get to your room. Again, I am being very picky here. When trying to find the first time, no one seemed to have heard of it, or know it’s location but I think it used to be call Portofino de Cabo and they seemed to know that better.

I loved the fact that the property is placed on the hillside with amazing views all the way to the sea. Very comfortable apartment and the bed and pillows were super soft. I also liked that the property was in a lovely area of downtown Cabo San Lucas and away from the bars and clubs, which were walkable. Everywhere you need/want to be is walkable from this property.

The only issue was the swimming pool which was green so I didn’t swim but I did enjoy sitting in the pool area. Hopefully, the pool will soon be full of clear water.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Everything in Cabo San Lucas was within walking distance including the Marina, Restaurants, Corner stores, and Cabo Wabo Cantina. Our spectacular view was from room 4B. Much much thanks to the staff for their assistance with our needs during our stay. We also rented a car and liked the gated parking area.

There were times when we needed the gas light re-ignighted and the staff were quickly responsive during open hours which is about 12 hours a day. There are a lot of stairs, like much of Cabo, so if you cannot walk up flights of stairs, recommend staying on a lower level.

I wanted a break from the busy resorts and this place was heaven. The suits are really big, fully stocked, comfortable and cozy with amazing views. The pool is my favourite part. It’s really nice, big and clean with comfy daybeds. It overlooks the city, ocean and mountains. The staff are very helpful, kind, and we got stuck in a hurricane and they let us stay at no extra cost until we could get flights out. The hotel matches the photos and it’s quiet even though it’s just a few minutes walk to everything.

I liked everything.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home and their recommendation/partner (Ricardo) for the water tour was excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Great pool deck with nice, clean BBQ. Pool and jacuzzi temperature/cleanliness were spot on. Breathtaking views. Awesome location. Spacious villas. Superb staff all the way around. Would return in a heartbeat. Recommended without hesitation.

A few steps to climb, but completely doable.

The location was superb with an outstanding view and lots of space - very clean too. The staff was incredible including Daniel who made sure we were in top-notch shape with our room. They have a 5-gallon water jug pot in the room which was great. When it was running low, Daniel brought another one quickly. They also have a nice pool, hot tub and a kitchen stocked with all the kitchen supplies!

Nothing about the property - Google Maps directed us to the side gate which is not their entrance - so instead of going to the side gate - go to the street right before and you can find the main gate to the property.

We stayed in a studio room which was so cute! It is at a lower level, so we didn’t have to walk up many steps. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. They helped us book activities at a discount and the complimentary snorkel and beach towels were great! It is also walking distance to the marina and downtown, which was super convenient. The pool was also very nice. Highly recommend and would stay again our next time in Cabo!

Everything was perfect! The only thing we would have liked was some darker curtains in the room. It was difficult to sleep in the morning.
