The location and the breakfast was great! Employees were helpful and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The room was a little outdated. We pointed out some of the issues and some were fixed (like missing filter on the tap, shower couldn't be moved up and down, lamp not working). And the room had a little hint of smoke smell - might have been sitting in the carpets from earlier times. The pool was also a little small and quite windy and shady in the afternoon. But the location was so great, we definitely didn't regret our choice.

The staff were very helpful. Thai-Jason in particular was very knowledgeable. I like to compare Jason to an encyclopedia. His English language skills are excellent. I loved the room and the view and the location. And the housekeeping, reception, and F&B teams did their jobs well.

I loved the buffet breakfast. I loved the pool area and how accommodating the staff were for our entire stay. We even had our own private beach! Special thanks to Cathy (Lounge Manager) - she went above and beyond to book us special activities and even answered the phone on her day off!! (Sorry again!) I will be back !!

Nothing, seriously loved every minute!

I’d say everything at the Sheraton Hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch throughout our stay. The spa treatment was amazing, truly relaxing and professional. We booked a package that included breakfast and buffet dinner, and the food was absolutely outstanding every day. The room was spacious and clean, the facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made it a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

I love swimming pool and gym, very clean and outstanding equipments the best ever.

Breakfast is disappointing, the chef must try to improve the quality of the taste. Only bacon/fried egg/rice noodle are in a good level, other main food & deserts are low level. And most strangely, most of Korean staffs are not friendly to Korean customers. They speaks not very good English to Korean customers instead of Korean. Very strange experience. They need to be trained not to behave like that and learn from Vietnamese staffs.

Buffet breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Steam Room and sauna was good too, and so was the fitness centre/gym. The cardio machines were a bit laggy and slow (in terms of using the screens). Centre if nha Trang, so you can go to the gold coast mall/Lotte mart next door, and not far from other attractions. Beach was ok, can be a bit dirty, but that's not the hotels fault, you'd be better if just hanging out by the pool I think. Roof top bar great but be aware that the happy hour requires you to buy 2 drinks per person minimum for the 50% discount. The kids club was great with plenty of toys.

The service at the hotel was wonderful. Staff were friendly and so accommodating. From checking in at the front desk Scott was extremely helpful and accommodating. Kathryn at the restaurant was so amazing with our large group, made a room available every morning and provided excellent personalized service. We would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton for our next visit. In fact all the service and staff were lovely.

The ocean view looked like the pictures posted; we had a nice view of Vinpearl Island. Convenient location. There's a shopping mall within a one minute walk along the main road, which has a great grocery store, department stores, restaurants, brand name goods, money exchange, etc. The typical Sheraton breakfast buffet was a great, with a variety of options. ALL staff were very friendly and very helpful, from the greeting at the main entrance to the reception and dinning.

The ONLY complaint is that dinning room could have been cleaned a little better: there were some food crumbs on the floor around and on some of the seating in the breakfast dining room, and the windows below the table level should have been cleaned better too. I was NOT concerned about food safety, since the food buffet areas, dinner tables, and staff were clean. I'm normally concerned about food safety and cleanliness of restaurants, so some people might not even notice (my wife did not).
