Breakfast was good, had plenty of basic breakfast choices

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly, but not worth the additional amount paid as compared to other hotels in the same area. Nothing really stood out to make it worth going back. At the time of booking with booking.com, I had the choice of room with breakfast included or not included. I chose breakfast included(it was a little more than without) But I figured the extra was worth the convivence. When I checked out and had the receipt emailed to me, I found that I was charged for the breakfast separately from the room and the room was charged at the rate given for "breakfast included" I have emailed the hotel and have not gotten a response.

Room was clean, carpet was wet in a corner but it was from being steam cleaned and just hadn't fully dried before we checked in. The beds were very comfortable!

The overall location for what we needed was good, however trying to turn out of the hotel was a nightmare. Between construction, awkwardly placed signs, and extremely high grass trying to see oncoming traffic was a gamble. Combined with the on ramp to the interstate is literally feet from where you're trying to exit so depending on the time of day it's busy. Maybe they'll get a traffic light soon?

When arrived greeted with very pleasant staff as well as the next morning. Lobby and room were exceptionally clean. Server at buffet was exceptional as well.

Four days prior I tried to cancel as I did not know if I could make it. The rep on the phone was awful and at first they do make exceptions to the 10 day canellation but came back and said my manager said "absolutley not". Very rude. And it seemed to bother them that I booked it through booking.com! I was fabaglasted.

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond. From the moment we checked in, she provided excellent customer service and was just so helpful. When we came down for breakfast the next morning, another lady at the restaurant area was just as nice. It is rare to find excellent customer service these days, much less 2 different staff members in the same business. I was so pleasantly surprised.

Clean and location

Price was way too much, and they don't even have the complimentary drinks in the evening. Bar prices didn't match the prices on the menu, was told prices increased but menu wasn't updated. Way over priced! I love Hilton but this is not one of our favorite locations

Love the quiet and the peace of the hotel. There's a general feel of elegance, beauty and overall grandeas within the hotel.The room was excellent. All of the request I had made, were fulfilled long before I got there!! Amelia checked us in and she was nothing professional, polite and pure joy to talk with!! We indulged in room service and it was the same: purely professional, polite and positive vibe about him!! (So sorry I can't remember his name - though he did state it multiple times!!

Just the fact there was a lot of highway noise from outside! I at times felt I was standing in the middle of interstate 85. We forgot our shampoo and the hotel didn't have any at all!! We had the soap, the makeup remover and hair conditioner but no shampoo!! I hope this gets resolved ASAP.

The bathroom and rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and lobby was clean as well.

The breakfast buffet being 15$ for adult & 10$ for child. I was under the impression the breakfast was free (like any other) but it was not and we got a 27$ bill after eating that we were not expecting.

The hotel was very nice, and clean

I feel like we were way over charged considering circumstances at the time. For it to be a day after a major hurricane and have them charge me almost $400 for one night was unreal but it was medically necessary for my husband to have power

Good Location. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly and courteous staff.

When I checked out, I left my jacket hanging in the closet. I called back the same day and following day. Housekeeping say they did not find a jacket. 😑

The staff was great! They was nice, answered any questions you had and the breakfast staff was even better.

My WiFi in room 214 wouldn’t work the entire week. I could only use my computer in the lobby area. I couldn’t complete my work in privacy of my room.
