Great location, walking distance from food places. Quiet and clean. The hotel was exceptionally clean as well, with no molding and no smells. Towels were changed daily. Room cleaned on time daily. Breakfast was more or less the same daily, but still good, with a variety. My kids could have made their own waffles and added toppings and chocolate syrup daily.

What i didn't like was the dogs. My daughter was rushed by a dog entering the elevator. There were too many dogs in the hotel. I don't believe ppl should be allowed to bring their dogs into the hotels. In fact, a man even carried his dog into the breakfast area in his hands and touching the utensils etc. A hotel staff had to ask him to leave and he still refused. There should be guidelines and limits to these dogs. Not everyone is comfortable around dogs.

The location is perfect for visiting family. Also, there are several good restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Reasonable pet fee.

While the rooms were clean, there is room for improvement. The trash can in the kitchenette area is far too small. Because we had a pet with us, we had no housekeeping the 3 days we were there. This would not have been an issue if the trash can weren’t so small.

The staff was very friendly especially the gentleman in the night shift I checked in a little late and went up to my room and the TV channels didn't work I went back down to the front desk and told him and he immediately gave me another room and he was very nice about it I appreciate that so he gets an A+ from me.

I liked everything about it!! The only thing was the air conditioning didn't get as cold as I liked but it was comfortable

beautiful hotel

We travel with two little dogs. Before booking, we called the hotel about a fee for the dogs. They told us that for two nights, the charge was $50. We asked if that was per night or total and was told $50 for both dogs, two nights. We were charged $100. That was disappointing because we called and were very clear. It's not our first time traveling with our dogs,

The rooms were beautiful and they offered a large assortment for breakfast along with piping hot coffee.

The only down side was the lack of water presser. We were on the six flour and the water completely shut off three times while showering. I was concerned I would not get the shampoo out of my hair. Even the sink pressure was very low. It could have been due to the floor we were on but it was challenging. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful and the staff was terrific!

Great location near very nice and delicious restaurants. Awesome sized room for the price, with wonderful comfortable king bed, fridge, micro, coffee maker, sofa bed and SUPER CLEAN ALL AROUND!!! Breakfast was complete, with very good coffee! Also, the staff was very courteous, and polite.

I liked everything

We love the lady in charge of breakfast, Tamara, we are very grateful to her, she checked for us if the bagels were kosher and took the time to confirm it for us. 🥰 Everyone was very nice, thanks!!!

The door of the bathroom opens very near to the toilet . And the drawers under the tv are in the middle of the way. The lighting was a little poor.

The staff was excellent. The room was spacious. The fridge was spacious. The breakfast was delicious, abundant and consisted in a variety of different choices. The coffee was abundant and had a variety of types. The tv is large and has HBO and most cable and local networks.The cleaning staff is fast, friendly and excellent. The hotel is clean and well staffed.

The location was perfect

We got our room ! King size bed! Opened our door the floor was dirty from construction I guess! Was never cleaned! I had to go down stairs! And they only had two queens left! I said fine! No problem! But we traveled 6 hours and was tired! The room should have been clean! To warm in our room! Could not control temperature!

Furniture of this hotel are modern and beautiful. Clean rooms and facilities well maintained, excellent breakfast, overall I would say an excellent hotel.

The front desk staff could be more cordial and empathetic.
