Kevin and Luc are great hosts and very helpful. The setting is peaceful, with extensive rural views across the valley. The local village is just a mile away. The high powered shower was very good indeed, and our room had a kitchenette and private seating area which made our 6 night stay even more comfortable. This is a good "base camp" location for day trips to local towns including Rocamadour, Beynac and Sarlat. Be sure to try a canoe trip down the Dordogne: we can highly recommend Canoes Loisirs based on the south edge of the river in Vitrac. One final point... If you give Luc & Kevin a day's notice, they will prepare a very tasty 3 x course dinner for you. Kevin works locally as a professional chef, and he is good!!

We liked everything - the room was very well equipped, to the smallest detail (e.g. different height of people for the shower head), very nice and clean jacuzzi, beautiful garden, and surroundings. But the most precious part of this experience were the hosts - Marcel and Luuk are exceptional hosts, very kind, very helpful, with great sense of humour! And the real cherry on the cake were the dinners of Michelin quality! Thank you, dears! 🫶🏻

Comfortable & Excellent room size. Use of fridge freezer. Spare toiletries readily available. Quiet location, and very friendly and welcoming hosts . If evening dinner is offered to you, we would strongly recommend taking advantage .

This is our 2nd visit. Their extra thoughtful touches were lovely, the room was lovely and warm when we arrived. there was a small Christmas tree with lights on in our room too - very welcoming. On both our arrival and departure Marcel and Luke were both there to greet us and wave us off the next morning. Great place and great hosts. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We did not take breakfast because of our own time constraints.

Highly recommend! We were treated like guests of honour. Bedroom was large, modern and very clean. The dinner was outstanding - both in taste, presentation, price and the company (great conversation from the hosts and their pets!). Would definitely stay here again on our next visit. One of the nicest places we have stayed in France! Super-friendly and multilingual hosts, a room with space and character, and a very pleasant (outdoor) breakfast. Also a perfect and quiet base for the area's attractions. We would have no hesitation in recommending it!

This place had all the basics down perfectly — Amazingly yummy breakfast, incredibly comfy room, and a gorgeous garden with hot tub. On top of all that, Luuk and Marcel couldn’t be nicer hosts and they went above and beyond to make this a fantastic stay for us. When they discovered that we were looking for a place for an evening meal, they recommended us a farm restaurant about 10 minutes’ drive away that we would never have discovered on our own, AND phoned the restaurant to make a reservation (essential as it was super busy) on our behalf. AND when they found out that we didn’t have a car (we were canoeing), they dropped us off at the restaurant and picked us up afterward. We were overwhelmed by their generosity and kindness!

The hosts are very friendly and good to talk to. We enjoyed the decor in the dining area and the bedroom and the table d'hôtes was fantastic. A bonus for Tricks, the dog who is good fun when you get to know him. A great place ! We had a very nice stay, and will definitly come back in summer...

Wow - a beautifully decorated room, a very comfortable queen size bed and good quality linen and a lovely couple running the place - and a beautiful dog called tricks who was just a sweetheart, highly recommended and great value and a lovely little village just down the hill.

The location was very peaceful with a great view . Our hosts were more than accomodating . The room was lovely and stylish and very cool when we arrived.
