The breakfast was very varied, generously stocked with bacon or sausage and different toppings. It was so nice to be able to cook our own food for lunch and dinner because of the fridge, cooktop and groceries easily accessible at Target, just behind the Inn. Staff were very helpful and always positive and polite.

I would have liked to see gluten-free options in the breakfast menu. The result was that I could not ever have bread or muffins and it's not that hard to find a gluten-free cereal option - eg. Cheerios. I would have liked a kettle in the room for tea.

The property is exceptionally clean. The staff at the front desk were courteous and friendly, and made it feel like coming home after a long day. Housekeeping dropped the ball a few times by not restocking coffee, salt and pepper since I was making full use of the kitchenette. I just had to make it have it to stuff at the front desk when I came in and ask, they were more than happy to oblige. Very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and highway access, but not on a busy, noisy highway.

This property is a bit expensive, but I felt that I was at least getting a fair value.

Everyone & everything was great

Had some trouble with TV ..wrong time always so programming off on guide ..not big deal for us but mentioned to front desk so they knew ..sent person to fix & that’s where issue came ..there for 1.5 hrs until I said just put back to how was ..couldn’t ..really frustrating at that point ..finally new TV brought in & I could do my work call (that I had to set off)

Facility is clean and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable and well layed out. Breakfast is above standard for hotel chains. Staff is friendly and helpful.

More food options in marketplace. Specifically, healthier options.

Staying in Provo can sometimes be such a disappointment with the hotel choices. The new Residence Inn South is just the cure. The suites are spacious and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also roomy with lots of light. The kitchen area has everything you need. The location has lots of restaurants and places to walk to. I can’t rave enough about this place!

Since it is off University, there is some traffic noise.

Rooms are good size always clean staff are nice!

I have stayed at this location twice and the first time our bed was extremely comfortable this time the bed was not both my husband and i were sore when we woke up. Other than that the only other thing is the doors slam extremely loud if you forget to slowly let them close.

Breakfast was perfect. I loved the breakfast. Best selection I've seen in a while. Eggs were hot. Bread selection was broud. Great food.

Very nice room and staff. It you're staying for a few days, it's a good place to relax and enjoy. I would stay again if we were in the area.
