We were met as we got off the train by a smiling representative who took us to the apartment The apartment was spotless and well furnished. originally there was no microwave, however , when we went to the office, they brought us one immediately. If you like tea, please note that unlike England where a kettle is standard, here there was only a coffee maker. We used this to make hot water. We would DEFINETELY recommend staying at this apartment both for quality , location and helpful staff. Deposit: This took a long time to receive back , a combination of the holiday season and the bank transferring it back to us. We even had a lift back to the station when our holiday was over.

Having a electric kettle, because everything else was just superb.

The studio is well equipped with all the facilities we need. There is a small kitchen with a lot of kitchenware that we used every day. There is also a spacious storage room/closet for clothes and suitcase. The balcony is bright and surrounded by green grass, making you feel close to nature. We have a panoramic view of the mountains covered by green trees from the window of the living room. The bed is large and comfortable. The illumination of the bedroom is well designed too. Overall, the design and arrangement of many small things are very thoughtful. The bathroom is well equipped too, and hot water comes very fast. The location of the apartment is great, it's right by the bus stop that's named after it - Solaria, 5 min from the Davos Dorf Station. The reception is friendly and helpful. Since it's not a hotel, the service is more personal and makes you feel like home. We could rent a bike and get a Davos premium card for free, do laundry right downstairs, buy postcards and stamps, and we received a goodbye bread made by local bakery upon departure. This bread is very tasty, maybe next time I'll try the breakfast service. Since Davos is a ski resort, it's not so frequented by visitors in summer. The neighborhood is very quiet, also because it's in the mountains. I think it's well worth the money considering a normal hotel room is super costly in Davos. I will definitely come back in summer again in the future!

There is no kettle to boil hot water, so I used a pot which takes a long time to boil. I also tried the hot water function on the coffee machine, but the water that came out tasted like coffee obviously no matter how many times I rinsed the machine. But not a super big deal. At night the temperature can really drop and the apartment feels quite cold even though it's end of June. I tried to turn on the heater but it didn't seem to run. I guess it's not switched on in summer.

clean and nice. Large enough for family with one small child. We can also access to a large open area in front of balcony ( ground floor). Great to have fun in winter.

The reception is only open after 14:00 in the afternoon. it is a bit in convenient if arriving at noon. Additionally, we should still pay tax although the booking.com indicates that it is already included. I suppose booking.com should change the price indication.

Very well run property that was clean and well cared for. Good wifi, plenty of space for a family, and about a 3-4 min bus ride (from front of apartments) to the nearest ski lift. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment within a walking distance to Davos Dorf and Parsennbahn. There is also a bus, but if you are not in a ski boots it’s ok to have a walk. General impression is pretty nice. Owners are really caring.

There were constructions across the area, so it was a bit noisy. And – for a strange thing – there was no kettle in the room

Very good location, in a quiet part of Davos, but close to everything. A ski bus stops next to the property. Rooms are very clean, thoughtfully designed, very well-equipped kitchenette.

Nice clean room with twin beds and private bathroom. Nice balcony to have breakfast there.

No coffee machine and water pot, It is until later we found out the apartment provide bread and coffee in their reception area free. We arrived on Sunday and the reception was closed. We have no idea what's provided and what's not.

Nice location, comfortable apartment, great service. We had also public transportation tickets included.

The lightning in the apartment was poor - we didn't have enough light when we needed it. In one room, the curtains on the window were missing and therefore it was not dark in that room at night. But it was good enough for couple of days.

Wonderful helpful staff. Lovely comfortable studio with all amenities.

The public transportation to the facility is scarce, only a bus every half hour.

Small units with kitchen and bed

Rooms are small but better than a hotel room. Its quite a walk to the center but that’s pro and con You need a car for shopping etc. No restaurant nearby
