The room super big. And comfortable. The food was good.. excellent..

My kids wanted to use bathtub but seems like the bathtub was not working/under maintenance.. I call the concierge and they say I can't use the bathtub coz they not yet fix the tub or something in there..

The location, the staff which are very helpful, the accomodation layout & the overall facilities.

The current room that we stay didn't have a fridge. Lights were bright yellow which is not to our comfortability. So we use as little light as possible.

Toilet cleaning method, they wash them without proper rinse.. when we used water the floor was slippery and dangerous i was nearly fall..

the enviroment and renovation make the resort look luxury, pool is clean and wide

at least has a cafe or breakfast in the resort for us to relax chill and have some tea

Spacious room for big family, comfy bed, sufficient tv channel

it will be better if we can have a small refrigerator to keep our drinks cold and cleaning tools ie mop, broom, shovel & extra plastic trash for us to keep the room clean.
