We got the 2 bedroom apartment and it was really well equipped and comfortable. Both rooms come with a double bed and there were 2 bathrooms; one ensuite with the master bedroom and one just outside the second bedroom. There is a sofa which seats maybe 3 pax at the most but there is also a dining table with 4 chairs. The supply all the amenities you would expect to find in a hotel. Instead of small bottles of water, they had a huge bottle which meant that you had to top up your own individual bottle so don’t forget to bring one of those along. Breakfast was offered as part of the apartment booking. But do have your breakfast at the hotel restaurant and not at the pop up event hall. Make sure you head to the main breakfast area because the spread that they have there is a lot more complete with so many choices and live stations. I love the many choices that they had. From noodle stations, egg stations and waffle/pancake live stations, there were also local Indonesian dishes and international dishes. Another plus is the supermarket next door. You can get many snacks and other groceries just a stone throw away from the apartment. Though this place was not in the centre of town, the location didn’t really bother us as we used grab to get to places and the wait is never long.

Apartment is really clean and check in was really easy and fast. The staffs are polite too, providing help when needed. The breakfast selection is really great too and I love it that it was really lively. The room that we got has quite a pretty view from the window, wouldn’t say it’s the best view but rather looking at buildings it was clear view.

There was only rain shower but no handheld one so it was a little inconvenient but not a big issue!

Room- they upgraded our room to a Junior Suite (2 bedroom). We booked the 1 bedroom. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade. Drinking water - there is a water dispenser in the room which made it very convenient for us instead of having to purchase it. Supermarket - thought it was just a small convenient store but it was almost a well-stocked up supermarket. Of course u cant compare it to a shopping mall supermarket. But it is enough for last minute purchases. Garden - nice open airy garden to chill. Good for smokers as the room balconies are not exactly balconies but to place their aircon condensers. Staff - prompt and courteous. Massage - Eska wellness spa and massage is convenient and provides head to toe service as well.

Location- need to take grab or their shuttle to shopping malls. Takes abt 20mins drive to Batam Grand Mall. Shuttle service - Front office did not inform us that we need to book in advance for the shuttle to pick us up from the designated malls. Good thing there is Grab. Breakfast - was mediocre. Table not cleared fast enough, food not topped up promptly. Not much food variety.

Really enjoyed my stay at Panbil Residence Serviced Apartments. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Special thanks to Santi for the kind gesture of giving us a free one-hour late checkout, it really made our day. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the shopping centre.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and comfort!

Infinity Pool is a bit small for the crowd. My apartment is meant for 5 but there was only 2 cups provided . They also have only 4 dining chairs which means we can’t sit together on the table at one time. Otherwise , everything is good

The room and the staffs. The staffs are approachable, friendly and polite. They are responsive for our extra bed and toileteries and room service request.

The breakfast at the ballroom. We suppose to have breakfast at Andaliman Restaurant but not sure why they shifted the breakfast at the huge ballroom. It is not convenient as the buffet spread are scattered around and the centre of the ballroom. The coffee machine spoilt and the taste of the food doesn't meet our expectation. At least the noodle, fried rice and porridge should have much taste. The pastries, donuts and waffles station are good.They have varieties to choose from.

Check-in was relatively fast. Staff did not hesitate to provide us with extra key card upon request. The place was clean and tidy. Staffs were very friendly, very helpful when comes to queries and requests. Breakfast spread was surprisingly large. Service staffs in the breakfast area were really great. The conceirge help arranged a transport for us to go to the Panbil Edu Park. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He took the extra effort to drove us around the entrance of the park to show us where the cafe was and where to get the tickets. There is a mini mart on the outside right of the exit gate. You can get your snacks or other essentials if needed. The prices are about the same as that of other supermarts

Room lack hanging facilities to hang wet towels and/or swim wear. You may want to bring some hangers or cloth line to do so

Room was very spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is nice and quiet but a distance away from the malls. but it’s not a big problem if you plan and take the free shuttle from the hotel. oh! remember to put aside some cash for the hotel deposit. they take cash for that, instead of via credit card.

The bakery shop Should improve in their speed & make sure all plastic sizes is available. Coz I stayed there many times but last was the 1st for me to visit the bakery but it’s sooo disappointing Trainees but no senior around,everything all don’t know.

Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation for a big group of friends. Staff were responsive and polite. The shuttle service offered by the property to the major malls was a thoughtful and great arrangement. The breakfast spread was good too! Would definitely recommend anyone looking out for a great place to stay with a big group of friends.
