What I liked...The room was very clean, modernized with comfortable beds and the floor was quiet during my entire stay. The Detroit city murals that adorned my room and the hallways were lovely. The overall first time experience was a good one and I will return again next year when I come back to attend my family's reunion.

What I didn't like....(1) The view from my 4th floor room wasn't the best as it overlooked an empty adjacent parking lot. (2) I really would've appreciated a coffee maker in the room also! (3) It was inconvenient having to go to the lobby each time I wanted to have a cup or so! (4) Finally...the housekeeper entered my room while ignoring the "Do Not Disturb Sign" hanging on the outside doorknob. She discarded what she thought was rubbish but wasn't actually. I returned back to the room to discover it was gone sadly.

It was peaceful & quite & clean. Bathroom was emulated clean and floors in room. Rooms were bright & clean , clean laundry smelling bedding. Beautiful set up of room & bathrooms Bright & very clean No smoke smell ANYWHERE. Very clean fridge & microwave 👌🏿 *Plenty of towels *Greeted every time I entered the lobby *Very Clean establishment

*The baseboards & floor were not finished. Looking like a rush job. Some of them are not even nailed to the walls. Especially the corners behind the floor lamps & bed.- a rushed renovated rush job *Also recommending another coat of paint on all walls - looks like another renovated rush job *Cleaner corners of the shower *More lighting in bathroom or another spotlight for makeup, hair, grooming. *Deposit should be available to pay online.

All the staff was wonderful and very accommodating when I needed anything. Kathy and the guys(sorry, can't remember all their names) at the front desk were exceptional.. I saw a couple of the guys having to deal with irate customers and I felt bad for them, but they handled the situation and remained calm the entire time.. very professional!!

Not much, maybe the price could've been cheaper....

The property was clean and well maintained, and I’m not sure if it could have been more secure. I casually counted at least 25 security cameras between the parking lot, lobby, and just our floor.

The room didn’t have a bathtub. When we asked to be moved to a room with one, we were informed that the hotel didn’t have any. But that was not listed anywhere in the information given before I booked. Also, in the preview pictures there were multiple pictures with bathtubs, so it felt very misleading.

The room was clean and comfortable. The person who checked us in and out was extremely nice and efficient. Despite the construction on the street in front of the hotel, it was quiet and not difficult to get around Lots of parking. Great location for going to the Motor City Irish Festival. Five minutes from I275 and 15 minutes from the Greenmead Historical Park.

The breakfast was the usual motel meal, adequate but not great.

This hotel was clean & bright with freindly staff and uplifting area-based decor.

Advertisements touted "Includes breakfast" whereas reality was what was provided was a sparse continental breakfast. Most times with a "Continental" breakfast, a fruit assortment is offered... Fruit was not offered, nor any microwavable breakfast sandwiches or options north of a bowl of cereal... Change your wordage to reflect reality!

I liked the breakfast there were good things to choose from and fresh daily , and the staff was very friendly, also the room service and the cleaning was excellent.

I have an observation about the cleaning, not the rooms, but regarding the carpet in the corridors of the floor, there was a smell we didn't like, i prefer personally to by deep cleaned weekly or just removed and replaced with basic one.

The property was very clean and comfortable. All employees were very kind and helpful with any questions.

There wasn’t a book or paper in the room telling you about the location of the ice machine or a guide for the tv. It would also be nice to list some places of interest close to the hotel.

Price and location. Not far from the city and the price was adequate for a day stay. The continental breakfast was decent, but fresh. You get the basis of what you paid for.

Properly cleaned. Found items shoved in places that seemed to not be checked, unless you were a visual and thorough cleaner.

Everything including, especially the walls photos and pictures on the walls. Great hospitality and guest services. Bedding was very comfortable and this hotel actually beat staying at the 4 points by Sheraton for us. Thank you all so much. Love the store, they thought of everything.
