The location was great. Breakfast was okay. The pool was great. Driving eight hours to get there it took a little longer due to traffic and we were 30 minutes pass midnight but were able to check in.

I could not receive my military discount , I was told that since I booked on a third party site there was nothing they could do. There should be an override so that those who can receive a discount can get it. Being that I served my country and was told there is nothing they could do put a sour taste to the experience. The front parking lot needed to be cleaned as trash was falling out the recepticles.

the staff were excellent and helpful. The lady at breakfast was great. she made sure Every thing was clean and greeted us each morning

I would have preferred a room with the king bed which was what I had originally reserved. it wasn't ready when I arrived for check-in. so we ended up with 2 beds. made the best of it

Property was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Could use some more pool towels. Each time my children and I were there to swim there we no clean towels to use. We understand that this is prime time for families to do staycations though and saw quite a few swimmers so we weren’t too upset, but would have liked to have dried off a bit.

The friendliness of the staff from check in and check out E You know what they say. Your first impression is what you remember the most. Secondly the cleanliness of the hotel. And I purposely stayed there to see if it would be the same from my last visit and yes it was. Excellent job Hampton Livonia.

We had a good stay. Beds and pillows were ok. Shower had little pressure, but was ok. Location was decent for our event at Ford Field.

The hotel overcharged us (different from the price quoted on booking.com) I questioned them about it at the time of payment and was told it was just a $25 convenience fee that will be refunded, however that was wrong. I questioned again when I was leaving and she noted that we were overcharged but directed me to contact a manager at a later date. I think it should have been cleared up then and there.

Everything was good but the floor was always wet and the staff was mopping the floor but not wringing the mop out enough to get up the water I am handicapped and I was very careful not to fall I also asked for handicapped room but I did not get one

good breakfast, very clean, and up to date. The beds were comfortable. But I liked the idea that they brought the horse pictures in the rooms, to honor the horse race track that was there for many years. great location, stores are very close, and also places to eat.

I think a more comfortable chair to sit in would be great. Some people have bad backs, and sitting on the bed is not an option. The chair is not you want to sit for long

I had to request a few things that should have been provided. The Drape was not functional, so I had to request that housekeeping open it so that I had daylight. One person could not accommodate and had to call a second person to assist, and there were no ink pens in the room.

Good price and comfy beds. Super nice staff.

The bathroom floor still had dirty spots that looked to be bits of makeup and glitter in front of the toilet area. There was no hairdryer to be found.

The breakfast was very good. All staff were polite, professional and very patient.

Room temperature was difficult to regulate. The thermostat turned on the heat when I tried to reset from 65° to 70°. Carpet in front of elevators was threadbare.
