April 20, 2025: Looking into my bank account, I just realize, that the two rooms I booked are charged twice!! At the hotel April 18, 2025. Booking .com Confirmation number: 4759266379, Feb 08, 2025. Mike Miller paid his room with his own credit card, coordinates unknown to me. I expect clarification, review and immediate advise/information regarding the refund to be taken care of. Even at this moment, April 23, 2025, 5:45 PM EST, I still have a run-a-round collecting my money. No refund to date. Why not? Absolute POOR !!!!!

It was well decorated, comfortable, the built in dove soap dispensers were my favorite part since I usually travel with a dive bar of soap, everything was well stocked, the showers were spacious and had great pressure. Also there was the cozy bed, and the countless usb ports, light options, and outlets in the room, staff was fantastic too!

The one way road ahead made it a little difficult to navigate west for the shopping center full of restaurants. The chair and mini table in the corner was a bit wobbly and definitely needs to be tightened up. Other than that, awesome facilities!

The property was very neat and clean and very up-to-date. I was really surprised when first coming into the hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the pool. I wish it was a little bit bigger, but my family and I still had a great time in the pool.

Great breakfast, clean and well kept each morning. Staff seems to really take pride in their work. Everyone was friendly and we were very happy with our room.

Pool could have been a bit cleaner but we may just have caught it on a bad day, we only tried to use it once.

In good repair and clean. Pretty close to Henry Ford Museum of Innovation. Staff all very personable. Good breakfast with plenty of seating. Rooms are spacious.

View wasn’t great, but it’s in a city, nothing to be done about that. Location was more important to us.

Very pleased with the Breakfast bar. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast bar was very good and went out of way to sure we got everything we need.

The price could be little cheaper regarding the area of town. Also the swimming pool needs some upgrades. Overall good.

Clean room and bathroom and free coffee room was very comfortable

Pool was too full had too many people and parents were drinking by the pool couldn’t enjoy the pool with me and my son

Hotel is right next to the Interstate and I couldn't sleep well with a North-side room facing the road. Bring ear plugs or get a room on the South side.

It’s very quiet and peaceful. Very family oriented.

Only thing I didn’t like was the pool was very cloudy. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not but wasn’t taking any chances

Next to the highway . Not far from downtown which is where we wert going . Breakfast was decent .

Could have been more clean . There were spiderwebs in corners & just built up dirt in the bathroom
