Comfortable studio style rooms . Property was well kept up & clean. Check -in was easy . A deposit of $100 was requested by cash or credit. Will visit again.

Timely check-in had to wait no restroom while waiting with reservation I still had to check in at 4pm been there since 12:20pm seen others come in sooner than that and get a room.

Suite was nice and the neighborhood I’m very familiar with

No tissue or dishes to cook for real and it still had trash left in the room from the other party before.

The air conditioner was not working properly.

It took the lady three times to find a remote for the TV. Place is very outdated First room I walked into someone was already occupying it No dishes or cookware in the kitchen, not even glasses for drinks

Not much I did get security deposit waived I see Why...

No bathroom light, none of the TVs in the whole building worked properly I was there for a 8 day stay with my family and the wifi was terrible as well. To top it off I was charged for an extra night. no stars for this one. You are better off with extended stay or a vacation home.

I booked a reservation, and they called as I was on the highway to check in to tell me that they over booked for the day, and that they couldn't accomadate my stay. I booked 48hrs in advance so there shouldn't have been a problem. As I am from out of town, I had to hurry to find other room options. Luckily I found a room at another hotel available at the last minute. When I asked for corporate number he said he didn't have it.
