Food staff cleaness beach drinks pool bech environment excellent.

When a tourist visits another country wants to enjoy the contrys' cultures such as language and music . I asked the DJ in the pool to play a little salsa merengue and bachata and they told me that it's against the hotel policy to play Spanish music. I and others guess thought that the hotel is "RACIST" this is a Spanish speaking country and that makes it worse . They told me that if we want to hear Spanish music to wait till 11 pm at the terrace, we did and for an hour every one danced and had fun. Ps boring entertainment too quiet at the beach and pool area .

Staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. Room was very clean and had a great view of the pool. Love that the pool ran throughout the property and every section was different so you could choose how quiet or loud you wanted it. The hibachi at the Jade restaurant was excellent serivng a ton of food.

No dinner buffer offered although resort was not busy so sort of understood why. Lunch buffet food was not hot enough and many items were actually cold. Food selection was good though

Well located, very beautiful landscape and pool. Many restaurants to choose. Very close to the beach. Their staff was the sweetest people every, they were attentive to our needs and really enjoy their work.

The rooms are a little old and it needs some update, it doesn’t have enough outlets and in our room in order for the hot water work in the shower we need to leave the faucets in the sink on the whole time.

If you're vegetarian like me, this place is awesome, lots of great delicious food and the restaurants that serve dinner all have vegetarian (and some have vegan) options. The staff is also very kind. The beach is nice but as I went in September, there's lots of algae in the water and on the sand.

The AC in my room didn't work that well and the showerhead kept falling off, the rest everything was perfect.

I love the landscape of the property, the nightly shows were a show stopper. The front desk rep Bartolo took GREAT care of us from start to finish.... It was my birthday, so I surpised with champagne and sweets.

The walking distance with no elevator and the distance of the hotel from the airport makes traveling costly.We stayed at building 2 and it was very far from the breakfast area. plus we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator . The food selection is kind of limited for people who do not like Spanish cuisine. The internet service is poor at building 2, better connections on the main building.

This was the most amazing all inclusive resort we have stayed at. It had only reopened 2 days before our arrival, but felt like they had been open for years. The grounds and buildings are extremely well maintained and beautiful. The staff are utterly amazing and are so friendly. Several members of the staff absolutely made our stay memorable. They treat you like family. The food was amazing in all of the restaurants and the buffet in Ventanas will not disappoint either. The little coffee shop, "Drips", under the stairs on the mainfloor by the theatre was perfect. Great hours, great food and coffee, but it was the staff that will always have a smile and go out of their way to ensure yo are happy. Any review before March 4, 2025 should be taken cautiously, as that was all under the old management and name. The new Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana should be on your bucket list of places to see.

lovvve the beauty of this property! It’s breathtaking. very well kept up and landscaping is beautiful. lovvve the pool😍 very nice linens ,towels and toiletries.

I think the rooms are very out dated. really needs new furniture and accessories. also outlets. also no elevators. I was on the 3rd floor.
